The item took a considerable time to come which was partly to be expected as it was from China. When it arrived it didn’t resemble what I thought I purchased nor was the sizing correct.
The real issue has been the return process as I have had to pay to send it back which cost me £15. The item cost £60 and to add insult to injury I have now lost both amounts. My advice would be not to touch the company with a barge pole.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with ordered dresses no show i have been emailing them to ask when delivery might happen after 2weeks they let me know it's not in stock now trying to get my money back

Where to start??
The item took over 2 weeks to arrive.
When it finally came it was screwed up into the smallest bag possible, hence it was extremely creased when I managed to pull it out.
The dress was ok but nothing like in the pictures.
I emailed to ask how to return it. The company responded quickly with an offer of a discount (no return details).
I again asked for a return and refund. The company again responded with a further discount (still not details on return)
On the third correspondence I was finally given the details I had asked for.
I was informed the parcel had to be sent recorded delivery back to China!!!! This has cost me over £20!!!
I will not be purchasing any further product for Sara London!!!!

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. 2 polo shirts received i wouldn't use to clean the floor!! returned to china at a cost of £20.70 to the address on their return form, only for it to be returned 3 months later stating "unclaimed' when i questioned this they said .........It has to be returned to the official address provided, we are unable to accept any returns to an alternative location. I have even taken a photo of their return address label with the address given but still haven't heard back from them. Trading standards must do something about these companies and also the social media they advertise on!!

Absolute con. You will never receive a refund. I have been waiting for over two months. They express concern but it’s all fake. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Total scam . Goods displayed are not the same as what’s delivered. Avoid like the plague

This company advertised on Instagram and the products looked fantastic on the models, but what arrived was the worst quality clothing I’ve ever seen. Despite the name, it’s actually a Chinese company, so the clothes take weeks to arrive and if you want to return them, you’ll have to pay for airfreight and recorded delivery, with no guarantee of receiving a refund. My advice would be to avoid them at all costs.

Kicking myself. Should have read Trust Pilot reviews first. Ordered 2 linen shirts. What arrived was cheap synthetic. They go dead silent as soon as you mention refund.

If I could give it zero I would. Took forever to receive then they changed their website (used to be Zara and lux London). Then the absolute wrong item showed up and you ahve to pay for return shipping. Report it as fraud wherever you can.

AVOID at all costs. The product is rubbish. You have absolutely no chance of a refund. Items at your cost have to be returned to China. After pretend interest in your concerns all correspondence then ceases.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Read their T’s & C’s - items do not necessarily represent the pictures or description. Return postage is at your cost - to China. It then gets held in customs and Sara make contradictory statements that they think will pacify you including discounts on further purchases. The whole thing is a CON. BEWARE,

Purchased two linen shirts which arrived late due to being shipped from China. The quality of the shirts is shocking and is made from some sort of polyester weave and the sizing is completely off the charts too.

Steer clear at all costs!!

I didn't check the reviews first.
Shirt took over 2 weeks to arrive and the quality was awful. £17 to return to China, no labels which is compulsory in UK.
This company is misleading people and should be stopped.I've raised a dispute with my credit card company to seek a refund.

As per other comments already raised. Poor quality, look nothing like advertised and sizing completely out. And on my 3rd email trying to return and they are offering for me to keep them

Same problems experienced as all of the other unfortunates. Lesson learned…AlWAYS check the reviews before parting with hard earned cash! Why Trading Standards don’t have the power to close these scam traders down is beyond me. Based on what I’ve seen on Trustpilot, I don’t think I’ll waste energy trying to extract a refund as this will be a pointless exercise. £70 lost, experience gained, deep breath, move on 🤷‍♂️

I bought 2 linen shirts. When they arrived a few weeks late, they turned out to be absolutely appalling quality and weren't even linen. They were some sort of synthetic polyester. The stitching on the buttons was hilarious, with threads hanging off. I believe this to be a slick front end website implying the clothes are from London when in fact they are delivered from China. I asked for a refund as they have broken advertising standards by advertising linen shirts but selling some poor quality non- linen alternative. They asked for photos which I sent. Then replied I'd received what I'd ordered and would not be giving a refund. I explained they hadn't sent me what I'd ordered because I ordered a linen shirt. Still no refund. Basically a rip off company. Avoid at all costs!!!

Cheap fakes, send back to China at your own cost, then not get a refund. All companies like these have a return depot in Britain. Advise absolutely rubbish quality, nothing like the advertised product. Do not buy.

Quality of clothing is dreadful + description totally inaccurate…beware! Linen shirt turned out to be horrible synthetic + fit not aligned to sizing chart! Shipped from China so v. long delivery + unviable return as have to pick up shipment costs to China with also a long delay in refunding. Don’t be seduced by pics + pricing ..it’s Chinese cheap goods masquerading as London designer clothing! 🥴🤬

My order didn’t arrive, no refund despite proof from the courier. It could have been worse , the items could have arrived and ended in landfill. Scam company, someone take them down.

Same as previous reviews . Bought 2 polo shirts for my husband considering the price thought they would be good quality. How wrong were we . Contacted company to return to be offered multiple discounts. Returned over 4 weeks ago track and sign . They have landed in china but not reached this fake company. Lost close to £100 😫
