Bought a men’s denim jacket which had incorrect sizing, wanted to return it but could not. Representative was argumentative and would NOT let me return it.
I also bought a polo shirt which was nothing like the photo.
Could not return that either.

NEVER use this merchant!!! Zara and Lux are a fraudulent, so-called business, operating in bad faith; their only goal being to scam you of your money. The quality of clothing is so poor and unlike what is shown on their site that your only option is to return it or burn it. I had to contact them to ask how to return the items which they made extremely difficult. I met their protocol and paid over £30 to ship the order back to them for them to delay processing the refund for over 2 months. Have chased a dozen times, to be assured that they were investigating it, they finally told me the case had gone on too long to refund me. They never had any intention of refunding me. I am now down £140 with no purchase to show for it. I told them I was raising a dispute with my bank and they claimed this was the reason the refund wouldn’t process and if I cancelled the dispute they’d be able to send the money through. Start to finish the worst online shopping experience I’ve encountered.

Scam-I knew as I was ordering from “a boutique Sara-newyork site where the owners were sad to be closing and retiring” that it was odd they had all sizes in all items available. Not received any purchases and it had been over a month. Fake storefront in NYC!! Grrrrrr

TERRIBLE and should not be able to trade.
Trying to return a dress as the material is shocking but there is no return label and doesn’t have any info on their site. There is communication when you contact them but it’s a lot of back and forth. I finally get an address out of them to return but it’s £22 as they are based in China. No where on the site does it say this.
* Don’t believe any of the positive reviews they are stating on their website. They are all lies!

Do not use this company. I ordered goods two months ago. They delivered goods to the wrong address, recovered them. And have since failed to re deliver. A lady called Olivia from customer service is poor and has refused to issue a refund. Beware.

So disappointed with my item Looked nothing like what I ordered ! Don’t buy from this company as they use models but cheap copies to send to us that order .
Returns to china at £50. This company should be shut down ! I will let my credit card company deal with this dispute!

Material not as advertised, measurements nowhere near their size chart, sales/ return team aggressive, company registered in China. . .

They won’t give me a returns label for a purchase I don’t want to keep. Doesn’t seem to be operating as a legitimate retailer

The item received is not what I ordered. When contact customer service they offered a 5% refund on a €40 order (€2) if I keep the dress. Alternatively spend €30 to return to warehouse in China to receive a full refund which will never arrive. What a scam will always check on trust pilot before ordering online again.

Yes, they are scammers. They advertised a Levi's shirt. Looked nice in the ad. So bought.
Took 10 days to arrive and evidently came direct from China. Poor quality synthetic material, no Levi's branding evidence, no care-labels. Nothing. Rejected it and then it is advised that their return policy was back to China at my cost. To some vague address - top floor, of some apartment block, behind this, next to that. Clearly wouldn't arrive back and they would claim that and not refund. Mastercard couldn't see through the fraudulent sale, so stuck with it. Mastercard appear to be part of the scam, purveying misrepresented, fraudulent goods quite happily.
So DO NOT whatsoever, buy anything from them. Chinese scammers.

The worst experience I ever had with buying items online. A complete scam. Ordered clothes worth of 180$ they came after a month and the quality was absolutely horrendous and then they informed me that their items need to be returned to China with another incredible high cost which I was not willing to pay of course. They never gave me my money back and they completely misled me with their return policy on their site. I escalated the matter to my bank.

Dreadful quality. I wish I’d checked on here first. Just goes to show that buying anything from a Facebook link usually ends up as a bad deal.
Lesson learned…

Do not buy anything from this company.

I have been attempting to return and obtain a refund for a year.

Despite assurances from their so called Customer. Services Dept, nothing has been received. They are now ignoring me

Poor communication throughout - virtually none. Did not respond to my e-mail requesting delivery date. Goods (blue polo shirt), did eventually arrive-not linen, poor imitation. No information on the goods of where made, cleaning instructions etc - all of the information supplied by reputable manufacturers. Don’t use, am considering contacting Training Standards Office.

The company pretends to be located in London. The quality is quite dreadful. Only after a request for refund is one informed that returns are to an address in China. I am yet to find anyone who has successfully obtained a refund following return. Avoid at all costs.

Shocking quality clothes, too small and they do everything to avoid a refund. Numerous requests for a refund all ignored with offers of discounts against future purchases then threatening me with big return costs as they are in Asia. Treble just terrible

The quality of product as opposed to that when advertised & ordered is incredible. Poor imitation ,cheap garment and poorly made. Avoid ordering anything from this company , why theyre still trading is a mystery.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
