I wish I’d read the reviews before buying. Shocking scam. I bought a blue short sleeve “linen” shirt. When it eventually came it was too small and deffo was not linen. The collar was not as can per the picture, it would have suited Elvis. I contacted them and was offered discounts etc but on principle I sent it back to China at my own expense. When no refund was received after 3 or 4 attempts in contact them with no response I gave up. Months later I received short back from honest vustoms with note saying it had not been collected. This is a terrible site which gives the impression of quality goods from London stay away from Sara London

I received my order on time, but the quality was very poor. The company advertises a 30-day refund guarantee, which sounds reassuring. What they don’t make clear is that returns must be shipped back at your own expense to China, even though they present themselves as a UK-based company.
When I contacted them, they offered me a 50% credit if I kept the items. I chose to return everything instead. I paid for the expensive shipping to China, followed all their instructions, and two months later, I still have not received my refund.
The guarantee they advertise does not reflect my experience. Please be cautious—based on what happened to me, I would not recommend buying from this store.

Website totally misleads about items and doesn’t mention anywhere that items are despatched from China !
Absolutely terrible item.
Either reject item if you are lucky enough to be in when it’s delivered or consider paying return costs to China!
Embarrassed to even send dress to charity shop!
Avoid at all costs! My one and only experience of a scam at this level - and I’m usually so careful!!! Hope it prevents anyone else purchasing from them.

***Avoid at all costs***. The use of the name London in the company name is misleading. The goods are poor quality and come from China. I tried to return two t-shirts for a refund and I received several emails trying to persuade me not to return them. I persisted and sent them to China at a cost of £23.50. This was in early May 2025 and the t-shirts have been in Chinese customs for months and were eventually returned to me undelivered earlier this week. I have emailed the company and heard nothing back. This is a scam company who rip off their customers.

Appalling quality and size guidelines totally inaccurate. Marketing was totally misleading and fraudulent. Returns have to be sent to China (at own extra cost). 3 months later items were returned and marked as “uncollected”. Customer support email now closed down. Lesson learnt: caveat emptor. An expensive scam from con artists. AVOID at all costs.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - Clothing is seriously sub-standard and very poor quality. I did not want a credit voucher after seeing the physical items I ordered and decided to return them - for a full refund, return address is China!
Package was held in customs for months and now returned to UK, out of pocket for clothing and postage.
Please avoid.

I received what was supposed to be a linnen summer short sleeved shirt. It is not Linnen it is a very cheap material. Offeredf me a discount eventually reaching 60% against my next order. I would never wear the shirt and would not buy any other garment from them. They now refuse to respond to my emails. I think my next step will be to share this issue with the 7,000 tiktok followers. I will keep doing so until everyone knows about this scamming outfit

Avoid this Company at all Costs!

I won't even give them 1 star. Shocking quality shirts. I tried to return for a refund, they offered me 20% discount if i kept them. I said they are not fit for purpose and i had to return to - Not London, but China! I sent articles tracked at a cost of £20.00, only for them to be returned 5 weeks later having not been allowed through customs. Dozens of e mails have met with no help - or refund! Trading Standards should be involved as they are a fraud.

The quality is so poor. I would never wear. Totally not the one advertised. SCAM!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IVE BEEN HAD AGAIN. POOR CHINESE CHEAP RUBBISH.

Unbelievably, I spent £72 with this company without checking reviews. Nothing fitted, returns unsupported and I've just written this off as a stupidly expensive lesson. Never again 🙃

I returned items and as recently as this week they were still taking orders - thankfully their website is now down and they are out of business.

I ordered two tops for my husband from this company I thought I was ordering from a company in London I realised when I received the shipping info they’re based in China the tops were extremely poor quality didn’t fit properly so I requested a refund at first they offered 15% then 30% I refused and asked for the address this took three days I was then told by the company to send them backed Royal Mail tracked which I did this was the 1st May I emailed and spoke to the post office who said I had to wait 90 days which I did it was resolved by the post office they gave me a refund for the total cost for the goods and the tracked delivery apparently the parcel is now on its way back to me the company are an absolute disgrace and definitely are scammers

It’s a scam, BEWARE they no longer answer my e mails, all communication stopped, they stole £79.00 from me. Do not use.

Don’t not order my dad ordered the quality is absolutely awful he’s spent £17 on recorded delivery return & now they are ignoring his emails PLEASE DONT ORDER!!!

This company has diabolical customer service, they do not respond to emails, at least 6 sent in the last week! clothing is rubbish! do not use them!

Quality was so poor (I ordered 3 shirts). Came with loose threads all over the place and no labels at all, which is illegal. Asked for a refund, told I had to return the items. This company has nothing to do with London, all comes from China. Returned the shirts at my expense and still no refund, it has been 3 months now. Company is a total scam, do not use!!

Beware this company are a total sham Chinese outfit. They advertise with fake reviews & send very poor quality items. I bought a dress only fit to wash the car with! Does not match description on website. Contacted them to complain & have had multiple emails back suggesting I return or they’ll discount off future purchase or partial refund. I eventually disputed the charge with my credit card company who refunded me for most of the item. Sara London had said they would do a partial 30% refund due to cost of return but this has not happened despite several emails. To return item would cost over £20 to send to China & I don’t believe would refund if I bothered. Avoid at all cost it’s all lies!

Never buy off this site, the quality is awful and the customer service is even worse !!! Have requested refund and sent items back but still no refund! Absolute scam !!
