Sadly, I should have looked closer into reviews about this terrible company.
Awful quality sent from China despite having London in the title. Looked nothing like the picture and like all other reviews, offered ten percent cash back but a forty pounds cost to send back to China. Then warned against the environmental impact of this when this ‘London’ company orders cheap rubbish from China for each package.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Loungewear is awful quality and it stated 30 day money back guarantee/refund. They are dragging their heels and when I’ve been on a companies house the company was dissolved last year! I doubt I’ll ever get my money back!
Do not buy for these con artists!!!!

I paid almost £40 for what appeared to be a lovely fitted tracksuit, which was reduced from £99. When I received it, the quality was appalling to say the least. The material and quality were nothing like what was stated in the descriptions and pictures on social media and on their website. The fabric was see-through, cheaply and horribly made and not the elasticised type as seen/described in the pictures, etc. When I tried the garment on my it was so tight I actually couldn't get the top over my head. When I tried the trousers on, the bottom (what was supposed to be elasticated parts around the ankles) actually went straight through the material, tearing the whole bottom section off. It was so bad, it was laughable. When I complained, they asked me to forward them pictures, which I did. Thinking I was going to get a refund (as it was within the 30 days period), they informed me that I needed to pay up to £20 for the item to be returned to their supplier in order to get a full refund. This is their exact words: "Thank you for your message. We would like to inform you that, in order for a full refund to be processed, the items must be returned to our supplier, with an estimated return shipping cost of approximately £20, to be covered by the customer. Please note that the refund can only be issued after the items have been received and their condition has been confirmed by the supplier. If you prefer a faster and more convenient solution, we would be happy to offer you one of the followng alternatives: Store credit, which can be used on any future purchase; or a partial refund, without the need to return the items. In either of these alternatives solutions, you would be able to keep both the bracelet and the item. Please let us know how you would like to proceed, and we will be happy to assist you further.". Yet, on their FAQ's section - Not satisfied with your order, on their website, it states: "We make promises, but you won't really know until you've tried it yourself. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product at any time, and we will refund you the full amount." Make of it what you will, but this is a scam website and should be avoided like the plague. Awful garments and awful customer service. They simply don't do what they say they'll do. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Sarah & David London are a scam company, ordered a coat and dress from them and the quality was disgusting, nothing like the pictures just old tat. They keep emailing saying your order is being checked and be with you soon and it arrives in a plastic bag with no tags or designers labels, they also smell horrible. I will be taking up a dispute with my card provider to try and reclaim my money, they should be shut down

I wish I could give no stars. This a fraud. The jacket is nothing like the photo - unwearable — I only rushed it because of the “hassle free return” guarantee and because they said in an email the jacket was made in UK. But when I emailed yesterday to ask for refund, they say it will cost me £40 to return it to China and have the nerve to say “returns have an environmental impact”! I am so cross with myself for falling for their marketing guff that they are a family business. I hope no one ever buys from them again

Dreadful quality. Not even a blazer just a piece of cheap fabric and utterly unwearable, looks nothing like the picture. I ordered the blue velvet jacket . It’s going out !

Items not as described.1 00%Linen shirts were 100% smooth nylon, were sold as UK stock delivered by Royal Mail. Arrived 6 weeks later from China. Customer service did respond, but insisted I sent the items back at my cost. Some 4 months later these have been returned marked not collected. Save yourself lots of trouble by just flushing your money down the toilet 🚽

This company is a complete scam.Misleading advertising suggesting it’s London based when in fact it’s from China.After 3 weeks my jacket arrived and I’ve never seen such rubbish,cheap and nasty material,sewn together like a blind man’s done it.The cost to me was £50.00 and as yet no reply to my complaint.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Checked their advertisement and was convinced genuine site. NOT SO. Avoid at all costs. 30 day returns = cost of return to CHINA £40.

Product never received, they give you the run around and refuse to give refunds. Do not buy

Do not shop from here, very poor quality and I been asking for a returns address for weeks and weeks, there customer service is worse that the products if that was ever possible, cleverly drop shipping from multiple poor quality supplier in China

This place is a scam. Awful quality, nothing like the pictures. Wanted me to ship back to China at a £40 cost to me, even though they say they are london based. No way to contact except email which obviously they can choose to respond or not.

Goods were ordered and never delivered being allegedly posted from China

Ordered a suit, recieved and charged for 2 suits and a jacket. Suit was too small so wanted to return the lot. They gave me a returns note with an address in China. Sent the lot back by recorded delivery and never heard a thing back and still not had a refund. The e-mail address bounces back as well.
Dont touch this lot with a barge pole.

Massive scam. When the clothes arrived they were appalling quality, with stitching falling out and not even made of linen as advertised. It was so difficult to get a returns address and I had to make this request many times over. Eventually they relented...turns out the return address is by a freight elevator somewhere in China. I was asked to return it by registered post which cost a lot of additional money. 3 months later, my parcel returned home undelivered. The address was fake. Do. Not. Order. From this scam site!!

Scam of a company.
Items were nothing like advertised in terms of style, colour or materials ... had to pay for own returns to China (£28) in May but they have just been returned back so now over £100 down.
A valuable lesson in not buying off ANY social media advert from a company you haven't heard of.

Absolutely horrendous company. Had to return item to China which cost £15 in August.
They said they needed confirmation of delivery which I sent then they needed to check the item. That was August and I’m still waiting despite numerous message.

Huge mistake shocking quality terrible fit and material I wouldn't even use them as cleaning rags. In order to get refund you need to send back to China cost £26 for signed return. Ongoing fighting since May, now my emails bounce. I've requested charge dispute with AMEX after providing proof of return £86 for rubbish plus shipping cost £26. SCAM avoid!!! Hopefully AMEX sort this.

I’ve been trying to return my items since August and still no further ahead. They’re refusing to provide a full refund even if I return all the items which I’m not happy with quality wise. They’re refusing offered a low % refund and said that I could keep the items but I’m not going to use them and don’t want to lose an order of over £100. Their replies are slow and not helpful. I’ve asked for the address to return the items and still nothing!
