Exodus should partner with less scammy companies
Tried to make a purchase with US documents and a card. Exchange collected all the information: financial, personal, and biometric, just to deny at the very end. Support never replied, just sent me a letter with my own complaint back.

DONT USE SARDINE TO BUY CRYPTO EVER!!!!!
This is the 5th time sardine has held my crypto i bought through them. Every single time the price was dropping and they waited until the price went back up above my purchase price so they have to pay less for the same amount of crypto i bought. Why do they take my money if they know their liquidity pools are locked. They are not locked for a 300 dollar transaction. Sardine is frauding its customers by waiting until the price goes higher then what we pay so they have to send us less money technically. I cant believe they have the audacity to actually have a fraud department or do fraud protection. How do we get fraud protection from sardine?

They know about delays up front but…
They know about delays up front but don't make them known until after you've purchased. Your order can randomly be delayed for days at a time and they don't tell you in advance. Stay away if you want your crypto within a few minutes after ordering.

AVOID at all costs. They do not offer any customer support and rip you off. A Bitcoin purchase I made through them was supposed to take a couple of hours. I STILL have not received what I paid for - 2 week later. SHAME ON THEM. Either GROSSLY NEGLIGENT or just plain THEIVES.
