I had an urgent requirement for a rooflight. I contacted Saris, discussed my requirements and it was delivered the next day at a very competitive price.

Purchased a flat roof skylight for about £400
Developed an internal crack within the first 4 months.
Refused to honour "20 year warranty".

I'm the director of a company which specialises in GRP flat roofing. I thought I'd give these guys a try and purchased a 1500 x 800 triple glazed skylight. I must say the service provided by Saris has been exceptional. The skylight was delivered when stated and the packaging was secure and sturdy with packings to prevent damage/scratches to the glass. I had 3 skylights fitted to an extension 2 years ago. On one of the units the outer glass spontaneously shattered (its a thing), most likely due to a defect in the glass. But they would not cover it in their 20 year warranty. They said it must have been hit by a stone or something. Its on the roof..., on the back of the house..., there are no stones or anything else nearby! Complete BS!

i have used saris on many occasions
the windows are great but the delivery is poor
if i wanted it within a week it was nearly 200 pound delivery i went for the 80 pound option i dont know why such a diference
i rang up after a week as id heard nothing and was told they would get it sent
the comunication is very poor and im still none the wiser
good windows poor service

Ordered a skylight, they confirmed on the phone that we would need ONE person to meet the driver and assist with moving the glass from curb side.

When the glass arrived it had been mislabelled by Saris with the wrong weight, so the driver could not use his lift to get it off his van. We had SIX people there trying (even though Saris told us we were not allowed on the van due to insurance) but it was not possible to safely move.

The driver left with the glass, and Saris response was to rudely act like this was our problem, not theirs.

Now having to rearrange and delay work booked for next week as the roof will still be open.

AVOID

New skylight arrived very quickly, with a choice of delivery dates. A missing part was replaced without quibble and arrived two days later by special delivery.
A friendly, helpful firm and a pleasure to deal with.

We ordered large skylight and was given an immediate delivery, almost next day. That was too early for us but they happily organised a date that was more convenient.
The delivery was smooth and they contacted us in advance to verify the delivery date was still convenient. The driver contacted us on the day when they were on their way and close by.
The skylight looks great!!

Not very impressed so far. I ordered the wrong size skylight so have had to organise returning the original order and ordering the new smaller skylight. Have tried 11 (now 15) times today to speak to someone to arrange this being one trip instead of two, with no success.

Amazing job. Next day delivery with a prior heads-up call. Immaculate skylight and the delivery driver has been extremely helpful! Delivered on 19/01/23 to Enfield, Greater London. Thanks to the entire team at Saris-Extensions!

Great service and looks like a great product as well. Delivery was a bit steep, but came in just over a week, and was whatsapped the delivery details so I could track. Also, it was a 1.5 x 1 meter window, so it's probably not that steep in reality. Really satisfied with the product. Thanks guys

Excellent customer service, and good quality skylight provided at a fraction of the cost. I am so happy with my purchase. I ordered on Sunday and received my order the next day! I recommend using Saris-extensions, cheaper by far than the other competitors, and excellent quality.
