Through Ebay, bought an Airbed from HomeFusions4u who are Sash Time. As a previous reviewer mentioned, mine deflated after first use. Have emailed them, however, this has not been delivered as their Mail box is too full - oh dear

Returned a kettle by refusing delivery at Sashtimes suggestion. 3 weeks on no sign of refund. Contacting eBay or the seller gets no response at all. Scam.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Absolute scammers, even if you do get your goods they will be faulty or parts missing, the returns process is a mind field and extremely misleading. Then you will wait months for a refund IF they feel the return goods have come back labelled and packaged correctly.

Absolutely dishonest and scammers. Ordered a Portable Loo for my tent. All I got was a cover for it -No portable loo. They have 7 days to refund me, failing that I will take legal action. Ebay are also culpable for allowing them to FALSLY advertise their products. They also "Sell" many items on Ebay.

Bought Chistmas Outdoor lights have only used them twice, put them up this year and not working, contacted them but they do not want to know, would never buy from this Company again

The pillows were just sections of lumps. I contacted this useless seller who asked for photos. There was no damage to be seen as you could only feel it. Was going to send them back but it was impossible to get them back in the packaging. I just gave up in the end. Rubbish items and totally the worst customer service ever. Do not buy from this company 😡

The very simple order was not despatched. I received replies in response to my queries promising 'next week, next week' because the item was 'temporarily out of stock'! I would not use this company again.

Bought Christmas lights with an apparent 2 year warranty, used for 1 Christmas and now they are faulty, Sash Time will not honour the warranty that is clearly stated on their eBay sales page. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I ordered two electric throws in September via Ebay that were due to arrive on the 2nd of October. They never arrived. I called, sent emails, then contacted them via Ebay. I was told they were now sold out and they would refund me (19th October). No apology for this poor service and in the meantime all the prices for these products have gone up.

paid for swimming pool cover on 9th August, extra for delivery on 11th. Item still not received 8days later and no communication from seller!

I bought a cube table cover off this company through eBay, in grey as I already had a black 1 The cover was grey in the picture and in the description, when I received the cover it was black ? Long story short I sent it back at my cost of £8.95 As I didn’t hear back from them, now they won’t refund my postage As they didn’t send out a returns ticket, they offered me a discount to keep the black 1 🤷‍♂️ Then said they didn’t have any grey in stock so clearly sent out a black 1 instead, this is a clear breech of the trading standards, standards please don’t use this company as they dont deserve your custom thank you M Langan

Purchased outdoor solar lights but after only 5 months they have gone rusty and have water in them. They said they would help but are now ignoring me, I have forwarded all the details they wanted. Be wary of ordering from this company.

I bought an electric throw rug from sash time in November and the controls packed up mid February . Emailed sash time and received a reply they would contact me within 24 hours . They have not done so . I've tried emailing them again , tried phoning , goes straight to answerphone , leave a message and NO REPLY . Then I read the multitude of terrible reviews and realised I had been ripped off by a bunch of scammers . They should be stopped from selling their trash on ebay if only for their TOTAL lack of customer services .

Ordered a fire guard through eBay which arrived damaged. I then realised they had substituted the one I had ordered with a cheap alternative. I sent them photos of the damage and their response was 'we have no more stock of the item so we will give you 20% credit and that closes the matter' They are still listing this item on eBay however. I contacted eBay who got me all my money back in 24 hours.

This is fraudulent company I have order an item of 89£ which is not delivered after one week of the est delivery date , don’t know how to get my money back

Bought a Kenwood KMix smoothie blender in February 2021, and it started using the blender in April. By the end of May the blender stopped working. I have tried to contact them through EBay and have had no joy. I contacted EBay customer service and they told me they cannot help because the product was sold over a month ago. The contact number on their website does not seem to work and there are no info how to contact them. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered the blender. I was hoping for a replacement but now after reading very bad reviews I want a full refund. I am very disappointed that EBay is allowing such a company to sell on their website. This is ridiculous!!!

Cheap rubbish
I bought what I thought was a toweling sunlounger cover with pockets.
The colour isn't anything like it is in the picture, not even toweling, its like thin cheap moleskin material, and the pockets are sewn on back to front!!!

Bought a beach towel with pockets, I don’t know what I was expecting for £6.95 but this is not even a towel it is a thin suedette sheet, poorly finished off with loose threads and poor stitching, when I looked into returning the sheet...for how much it would cost it wasn’t worth the hassle. Don’t buy!!!

I incorrectly placed an oder with these people on Ebay, i cancelled after 5 minutes and explained the reason why, the next morning i got an email at 8.15am saying the were not going to cancel and that they had already posted it.Which i really don't belive as i cancelled 12 hours before and literally 5 mins after placing it.
So basically they've seen the greedy pound signs and took the money and thought sod him.
I've got all the proof screenshotted, i wouldn't buy from these untrustworthy people. Be warned and check there poor reviews on ebay and Yell before they take your money.Absolute disgrace, check his name out before you give him your money.
