LIVIVO KETTLE

Bought a Livivo kettle off this company via WOWCHER at a good price , received it ok , but couple of weeks later a contact point on it snapped off.
I e mailed them and they sent a replacement, unfortunately this broke in
exactly the same place a few weeks later. Sent them an e mail, they sent
one back with return form attached . This i did and have not heard anything since, even though I e mailed them for an update.
As I still have the original I will now be taking this to trading standards
to see what they can do .

Sent me a faulty item twice.

If I could give them a 0 star i would have. They sent my item a week late and it was faulty. Sent it back a got a new item in a even worst condition.
I called to discuss this with customer service. But the man I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. Then he told me I was being ridiculous and hung the phone up on me when I asked you speak to a manager.

I wish I got a better item from a better company. I hope this is helpful to anyone wanting to buy from this company. My advice is " Just don't. Go elsewhere."

Disgraceful products sold at ok prices and even worse customer service

Brought a cat bed that really was not as described, Item arrived and it was dangerously put together, nothing more than a coat hanger in a pillow case, could have made a safer sturdier one at home for a 1/4 of the price, took me forever to get my money back, they wanted tracked return and i thought and it was strongly implied that they would reimburse me for postage, they dragged it out so long, was rude, and will con you out of anything they can, they also lied and said they have never had a problem with this item and i came across at least 3 bad reports on there negative feedback concerning this item alone, CON ARTISTS through and through.

Order never arrived - uses Yodel delivery and blamed them.

Order never arrived - I chased up delivery over 20 days after item didnt arrive. Initally blamed Yodel and then said they dont deliver to my area. Thats odd as Yodel delivered goods from another company to me on Friday. Not to be trusted and takes ages to obtain refund from company.

Awful service and cheap, flimsy products

Not a very good customer service over-all plus flimsy, poorly manufactured, cheap goods. Delayed responses, complicated return if you are not happy with your purchase plus you get hung up on EVERY time you try to call. Email only and even this is patchy. Will never buy from these guys again.

Terrible customer service, buyer beware!

I ordered shelving from this firm via Wowcher. There was a choice of buying a four or five tier unit and I opted for the five tier unit at an extra cost of £4.

However, I was sent the four tier unit and have been emailing Wowcher back and forth for weeks trying to get the money refunded. Today Wowcher have refunded the £4 back to my Wowcher account - not acceptable (although nice on their behalf to do so) as I want the cash refunded, not a credit. Sashtime eventually replied to Wowcher saying I could return the shelving unit if I wasn't happy, and that they don't give out partial refunds. Hmm, yet they're happy to deliver partial orders. The person writing the emails had no idea how to conduct themselves in an appropriate and professional manner, and didn't seem to want to take responsibility for their mistake despite me having proof in the way of their own invoice stating it's only a four tier unit.

Just an awful company all round with a horrible attitude and zero customer service. I don't know if this is a new company, but you don't treat customers this way if you want repeat custom.

I certainly won't be buying from them again and would advise anyone thinking of buying from them to avoid. Because if there are any problems, as you can see from other reviewers, you won't get any help.

Useless company - will not respond or refund!

My item arrived late and then finally arrived after chasing like mad. However as it arrived late - it was useless. Then I needed to return it, had to pay for postage and they still haven't refunded me.

I have tried phoning for over the past 10 days and no one answers the phone. No response from phone or email. Useless service - do not order from them!

No order or answer from email or phone

I put an order on 17july.got order email to confirm and nothing since.
I've emailed 3 times.pmd on Facebook. Called 6 times.no reply.
Is this company legit??? As they haven't responded at all.I'm in Glasgow and it would have been faster for me to taxi it to the warehouse and pick it up instead of no reply
Update. Still not heard a thing from them.13 days now.still no order. Repeatedly emailed them and called them.no answer.
How do you report a company?.another update. Still nothing. No phone call, no answering phone or email.SCUNNERD. I logged in to send another complaint today only to find they have now cancelled my order...without telling me and no refund as yet!!! Total scam artists.NEVER order from these crooks.

totally rubbish from Sashtime

I to purchased a yellow window vac and i have had a lot of problems with it .Tried to contact them 3 times and have not yet received an answer.
Whats the point of a guarantee if no one takes any notice .

Faulty yellow window vac 4months old ignored completely by SASHTIME

My yellow window vac bought in July 2015, guarantee appears to be worthless, we used the vac half a dozen times on holiday in our caravan, on the second charge up nothing happened, I checked the charging transformer, correct voltage, the vac is therefore fulty. Contacted Sashtime via Ebay twice no response, sent a message on their website and still ignored.
The guarantee is therefore not worth the paper it written on, the company are obviously shysters. Therefore my advise is to NOT BUY FROM SASHTIME

Excellent Customer Service

I bought a set of three ceramic tea / sugar / coffee jars from Sash Time. The first delivery was lost by the Post Office then the replacement set of three jars arrived with one broken. Today I received the replacement for the broken one. I have to say, although my order seemed to be fraught with problems with one thing after another going wrong, the Customer Service was excellent in dealing with and sorting out the problems. I would definitely use Sash Time in the future.

Good deal, great service for safety hand rails order

I received a link via Mighty Deals for a great price for safety hand rails with Sash Time, which I had been looking for to assist my father get in & out of bath/shower.
Sash TIme offer both small & large safety hand rails, which use sturdy suction cups to grip the wall & do not need any drilling/screws.
My order was delivered promptly, but I received 2 x small handrails whereas I had ordered 1 x small & 1 x large. However, when I contacted Sash Time this error was resolved within seconds; they offered me an immediate refund, as I had decided that the small handrails were more than adequate. Sash Time sent email confirmation before I had put the phone down & I received an email from PayPal advising funds had been deposited into my account within minutes, so Customer Service was fantastic. Thank you Sash Time

Electric dehydrator for food

Great gadget, arrived in good time, undamaged and quick to put into use. Dried strawberries are a family favourite, as well as semi dried tomatoes from the garden glut. Healthy and economical.
