Please mention proper sizes...as the sizes marked were not appropriate ..I want to return the products
.but a return pick up is still not assigned

Earlier the item was not what I had ordered took weeks for pickup now the order as your message says was attempted for delivery but unsuccessful how come orders from all other companies are delivered promptly only your courier tries some tactics

This is a fraud website. Please do not believe other positive reviews. These are scammers who just collect money and don't deliver products. They advertise heavily in social media. DO NOT BUY. I have raised a complaint against these people

Received an order and it looked different than expected. Immediately asked for return and was approved immediately as well.
But one suggestion; the "Exchange" option should be available across items not just sizes and colours.

I love the designs, the fabric, the fit and the style too. But the one thing i love the most about this brand is that it is pocket friendly. Every single person who saw me wearing the dress complimented me and made me send them the link for the same. Excellent purchase. Infact, I have purchased multiple things from Sassafras in the past and they all have earned me innumerable compliments. Thank you Sassafras !!! a big big fan !!!

Out of 3 orders, 1 was not delivered. And status showed it was delivered.

But team resolved it so quickly.

It's a very beautiful colour dress with golden embroidery . I love it. It can be worn for work as well as for occasions

I order a sharara set,rec'd it after 10 days....the top of the set was of small size so immediately put the request for exchange for a bigger size,the courier person came and collected it the NXT day and did not gv anything in exchange....it's been 10 days,I am trying to get in touch with them but no response,neither they are reverting on the mail nor answering the phone calls.......pls don't order from their site,you can order their stuff frm Myntra or Amazon.....but not directly frm them

I haven’t visited for a while, and presumed it has new owners. I wasn’t very impressed. Greeted by a very unfriendly man. Didn’t make us feel welcome at all. Disappointed that they no longer have the food options on show in the counter cabinet. Not very impressed with the food selection. Ordered smoothie, which was nice, and banana bread fur lunch as nothing else appealed. Banana bread was quite burnt and dry. I had to ask for extra butter. Didn’t eat it all. So many other places around so not sure I will be back Such a shame as it used to be a Paddington icon.

The most pathetic experience i have had .my order was never delivered and it was returned it never reached me .i haven't even got the refund for the same

I had been trying to cancel my order for almost three days now by leaving multiple mails on their customer support email id but all in vain since in the morning I see a message of my order being shipped

Good experience. You have a nice collection overall. Just fabric quality of some dresses I found lower. Overall lookwise good, but qualitywise average.

The designs and fabric both can be better.
