The Perfect Backless Elegant Bridgerton Bonnet
Having seen and tried on The Backless elegant bonnet at an airshow, followed by a country fair, I decided I didn't need yet another hat; I have loads, and I wasn't going on holiday, so I didn't need a packable hat, no matter how clever the idea is. However, 2 weeks later & a BIG Birthday, I was surprised by my family that we were all off on holiday to a warm sunny climate....
If only I had brought that beautiful bonnet! I went to other country fairs, scouring for the sun hat and found nothing like it. Luckily, I had picked up a Sassy Spirit business card at the airshow and was able to go online and order the bonnet. It arrived promptly, very well packaged & I was happy. It travelled in my suitcase with all our other items, totalling 22 kg (would it really look good & work well?) It was perfect! So smart, comfortable, lightweight and easy to keep on.

I love the bag so much, lovely colours of leather, very unique but just a slight problem with the strap, it doesn’t sit properly, it seems to be sewn on twisted.
Won’t stop me from using the bag though 👍

Thank you for providing this feedback. I think you might not have realised that you need to change the shoulder the bag crosses depending on if you are wearing it front or back. If wearing the bag on your front it needs to go over your left shoulder and your right shoulder if wearing it on your back. The strap is shaped for this so that the bag stays flat against your body. If you are wearing it on the opposite shoulder the bag will twist out and the strap may then also feel like it is twisted.

Don't buy from here unless you're sure you won't be returning it.
I bought a necklace from here but the picture was misleading and the pendant was teeny tiny, much tinier than it looks in the picture. Then she wouldn't give me a refund even after I paid to send it back to her because the packaging was damaged. She then said I could drive to her to pick it up within a certain timeframe or she would donate it. No offer to resend it. I'm not driving over 2 hours to get a necklace back. This was supposed to be a necklace to commemorate my dad's death but this has tainted it. Don't buy from here!

Caryn, I am really disappointed that you have followed through on your "threat" to leave my business a negative review.
As a small business customer satisfaction is extremely important and I always try my hardest to deliver high quality products and service to my customers.
Unfortunately not all customers are equal and there are those that try to take advantage. We do our best to protect ourselves from these type of customers by having clear and defined polices published on our website.
Our refund policy is very clear "To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging."
I wish I had the ability within this response to share the photographs I have of the necklace you returned. Readers would be able see the torn display card, the broken necklace envelope on the back and the fact that there is no cellophane wrapping. In short, the item is now in a condition that is totally unsaleable and no-one would want to buy it.
In our correspondence I pointed these things out to you and quoted you our Refund policy giving you the option to arrange collection of the necklace so that you might have it back.
You replied with "I had to try the necklace on. That's why the packaging is damaged. If I had known that was such an issue, I wouldn't have tried it on in the first place but I didn't want to ask for a refund until I gave it a chance. I can't drive over 2 hours for a necklace. If you're not willing to refund me, that's fine but you will be receiving a a bad review."
I stand by my decision to not refund you, there is only 1 party acting unreasonably in this matter and it is not me.
At this point I would remind you that as per our published policy I am holding the necklace for you for 28 days in the event that you wish to arrange collection. This option is still open to you. There was never any suggestion that you drive here to personally collect it but you are welcome to send a courier or a simple stamped addressed envelope.
I hope that when you read my response to your review you might see things differently and realise that it is your role in this transaction where the issue has occurred.

I know that we have spoken since this review was left and you are now in receipt of your basket. I can only publicly apologise that there was a delay with the delivery of your parcel. As you know the courier stated that the parcel missed it's connection and then was delayed further as a result of the bank holiday. This is as frustrating for me as it is for you and I only wish it was easier for everyone (retailers and customers) to engage with couriers when they let us down.
