They have an excellent reputation for producing quality fashion jewellery at extremely competitive prices and for this very reason we have stocked them for many years. The necklace you chose had been reduced in our sale event and you were able to secure for just £12 including delivery. I know this to be a really good saving and this further surprised me that you felt the quality was disappointing considering the price paid. I am sorry we didn't meet your expectations on this occasion and hope that we can do better in the future. In the meantime I will feedback your review to our supplier.

Great communication and efficient service. I didn't award a 5 star as the product wasn’t well packaged for delivery and got badly bashed about. The item was for a gift and didn’t look nice give.

Thank you for the honest review. I am disappointed to read that the item didn't arrive in perfect condition. As a retailer we would always encourage our customers to get in touch if something doesn't meet their expectation so that we can take remedial action. In this case we may have had recourse with the courier if the parcel had been damaged in transit. Our boxed jewellery has always been sent out wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a padded envelope for protection. I can only apologise that you didn't have a 5 star experience with us and hope it won't deter you from shopping with us in the future.
