Lovely talk to our WI.
We had a great talk about the history of the handbag at our WI, with loads of lovely things to buy. Claire and her son were so helpful, and our ladies bought several lovely bags, scarves and other items, a really good choice. I would certainly recommend Sassy Spirit to other WI's in our area. One of the best speakers we have had.

Basket received appeared grubby
I ordered an extra large embroidered basket (bag) which was dispatched extremely speedily but my product, in my opinion, was dirty on arrival. The raffia flowers on the basket were grubby. I sent pictures to demonstrate this but my dissatisfaction was brushed off as the nature of the manufacture. The business owner agreed I could return the item but in view of the postage I’d already paid for delivery and then more to return such a large basket in a huge box I felt I’d be too much out of pocket and would keep it. The item is now out of stock so I would not have been able to replace it in any case. Sadly the basket looks used rather than new and I cannot gift it as I had intended. I hope I can clean the embroidered flowers with a gentle detergent. I felt rather deflated that the basket didn’t match the picture on the website as I was very much looking forward to receiving it. The service response was speedy although we didn’t agree on the final outcome hence the 3 stars on this occasion.

Unfortunately as you didn't want to return the basket and didn't accept the goodwill gesture offered we were at a difficult stalemate. The raffia baskets are one of our best selling items and I am sure you will have seen we have lots of 5 star reviews for them, I am sincerely sorry that on this occasion we failed to meet your expectations.
