Sassy spud are a great brand, absolutely love all the designs and the quality of clothing is great! The delivery was prompt and delivered with care! I’m definitely wanting to buy several other designs. Overall love the experience and brand.

Lovely, slightly larger than average fit which works well for a comfortable wear. The embroidery is very neat but the design catches many eyes and receives many lovely comments and conversation starters. F**** the patriarchy!

I made a silly mistake with the delivery address for a sweatshirt I bought for my daughter. Customer service were fantastic. Immediately changed the address for me to ensure the present got there in time! Would recommend :-)

Fantastic customer service. The jumper I ordered was nicer than expected, the embroidered logo was really lovely, I was expecting a printed one, the quality of the jumper was really nice and the fit was good too. I will definitely buy from them again.

Customer service is second to none, I ordered a garment only to find someone else had ordered the exact same thing and for the same person! I contacted Sassy Spud and they were lovely - instantly refunded my money and cancelled the order. This encouraged me to order two more items, which came promptly and are lovely! I have ordered again, but this time forgot to include my discount code - a quick message to Sassy Spud and my discount was honoured and applied! Great little company, lovely products!

Received the 2 items (white T-shirt and black jumper) but they were a little small. I tried them on once together and then sent them straight back to get the next size up. They insisted I had to pay for the return which was quite expensive.

They didn’t update me when it arrived back and tried to claim it hadn’t until I informed them I had recorded delivery. They then said they couldn’t replace as there was black fluff on the T-shirt (this was clearly from their own black jumper product which I had tried on together). They have since ignored 3 emails and many messages on their website.

I wanted to replace the items at first despite the odd sizes and fluff being left from the jumper but I’m so disappointed with the experience I would advise avoiding

I got delivered the wrong item however Elena has been sorting out the mistake in no time!

Ordered my niece's birthday present a little late and didn't think it would come in time. Paid for speedy delivery and emailed the customer service team to see if there was any chance that the item could be processed a little faster as they take a few days to make the item. Jenny got back to say that she'd marked it as urgent and it arrived the next day. Great service and saved the day for an unorganised uncle that didn't want to disappoint by turning up empty handed to a birthday party! :)

I've ordered matching t-shirts for my boyfriend and I for our anniversary. It was a last minute decision so felt it quite late.... contacted the team at Sassy Spud to see if they can help and they sure did! They were lovely to deal with and the t-shirts arrived next day! And I love them! True to size and great quality. Highly recommend. Beata xx
