I have lost faith in this company. Having ordered and paid for goods, no delivery of the goods or update from the company, in spite of writing to them repeatedly. No faith that I will ever receive the goods. Keeps wondering if I have been scammed

Dreadful I bought a ring three weeks ago and after only one week two stones fell out. I have tried to contact you by both email and your web page sending photos and messages all to no avail despite your note saying that you reply within 24-48 hours. Non existent after sales service.

Had a little trouble getting everything for my girlfriend all at the same time but the company came through with making it right and it was so worth it to see the look on my girlfriend’s eyes. To say that she loved them is an understatement!

The display was absolutely beautiful on arrival. My girlfriend and I had been experiencing some difficulties in our relationship and took some time apart to reflect on that. But I saw the reflection of this beautiful stone in her eyes and immediately we recognize that we were forever just like a diamond. We got back together immediately despite all of the troubles and I accredit a lot of that to this beautiful gemstone that you guys provided. Thank you

Never received an order from November 15th. Need my funds returned or another ring to replace it with.

Thi ring I received was not as sparkly as I had anticipated, but for the price I would recomment Sateur for buyers looking for a beautiful ring at a great price. The one area for improvement would be in delivery updates in a more timely manner

It's very bad quality, I bought a rose gold plated ring about a month ago and it already turned silver after only wearing it a couple of times. Definitely not worth it.

Please don't sugar coat your product with updates like; the diamond is currently being set by a master jeweller, the diamond is undergoing polishing and etc, while it is already shipped from your supplier in China!
Be honest and tell us it's sourced from China, and that's why it's priced as such!

The ring didn't come in the box! I was scared and devastated. I contacted the Sateur Customer and it seems there is another packet coming with the ring. You can ask me again in 4-5 days.

Initial impression very satisfied. However soon after purchase and following care instructions the gold plating was completely discoloured and worn off.

I made a quick search on Alixpress and found ALL the rings there for around 1 USD. The most expensive was 2 USD

Feel free to buy expensive if you want.

Don't buy from this company! They just spam you with proposals several times a day but when you buy they leave you. I've been waiting a month so far and still nothing. Last message was Nov 17th telling me I get delivery any day. What a joke! :(
