Beautiful earrings, fantastic shine… they really are well made, and my daughters love them

Wore my diamond stud earrings and my diamond pendant for Christmas and received many compliments on them. They thought they were real diamonds, and that they were my Christmas presents. Fun. I simply thanked them for the compliments and smiled.

Lovely items , I was very sceptical when I first placed my order, daily updated re hand made pieces seemed a bit over the top!
I'd purchased as a gifts for my Mrs Pressies & unfortunately tracking wasnt very accurate & had no idea when it would get here?
However I was assured my order of two items would get to my address in time for Christmas but by this time I'd bought a different pressie & decided to keep the two Sateur items for her birthday later in the year.

My only wish would be an option of sterling silver

Customer service was first class & very understanding of my anxiety & reassured me.

Excellent buy, these earrings are stunning a wonderful gift for my wife and boy did she love them, when she put them in the smile on her face said it all. Beautiful.🤩

I was hoping for a little more sparkle, and as soon as I opened the case, it was obvious this wasn't a diamond.

Now to be fair Satéur never directly claim to be diamonds, but they do claim to be the next best thing. But I've seen cubic zirconia with far more sparkle.

As I say it's adequate for what I paid, and I can't complain. But I think next time I'll just save up for something a little nicer.

Ordered both earrings and a ring with a major stone. Sparkling and just as brilliant as the real thing. Truly high quality - and you got to love the delivery boxes down to the led light in the jewellery box, exposing the sparkle already when you open it. The only thing is that freight takes a good time - but it’s well worth the wait.

Misleading delivery times, initially told 7-10 days, and its been a month now.

Have inquired several times on status, but getting vague answers on when my item will be shipped , if it will be shipped air or ground, and where its coming from.

They reluctantly agreed that I won't receive it in time for Christmas.

Purchase has NOT been recieved.
I am NOT happy at all.

12 days to make,8 days to get to new york and 2 more days of in new your I still don't have anything but tracking number.i won't order again and doubt anyone other than customer service will see this .3 3 days to us id total bs.

Ring wos perfect but Box wos normal paper one. Nice but cheap. Lather box wos nice but light wos not working.

This company is a scam!!ordered a pair of earrings on December 2 and paid for expedited shipping which said 5-7 days, clearly thinking I would have them by Christmas! Two days later I get an email saying my product has begun their 12 day process of being carefully crafted, with an outline of what is being done on each of the 12 days (good marketing) This is obviously a smoke screen to add and extra 14 days to the shipping which I assume is from China! On the 15th of December I receive and email saying that my product has shipped and I will receive it in about 5 days, well 3 days later the tracking info still says USPS label created and awaiting delivery of product to post office! Which clearly means they are still waiting to receive it from again probably China so they can rebox and send to me! I sent an email saying I think I should be given a refund for the amount I paid for expedited shipping and they gave me store credit, like I would ever order from them again!!! I can only imagine how shitty this product will be if I ever get it! Don’t waste your money, plenty of other companies out there!

My wife said she loved the earrings I just gifted to her for her birthday. Now I ordered her another set for Christmas. I hope she will like those as well. I am going to be in her locale in a couple weeks and it would be nice to be able to get in the house without being shot to pick up the rest of my clothes and return to my girlfriends.

The customer service team is very responsive and helpful and the product is very high quality.

Shipping was timely and fast and the ring I bought was just as seen online (maybe the stones were a tad bigger than expected). Still, it looks very nice.

I think it is obviously scam. I have ordered one pair of earrings, got the confirmation instantly, few minutes after, they sent us updated order with two pairs without my knowing. I have been charged twice. I tried to contact them but no answer. Finally, the products arrived. The package was dusty and smelly, from the sender address it obviously came from China. The taps at the boxes were yellowish. The earrings setting isn’t professional and bulky, surely not from a jeweler but from a factory churning out toys and cheap goods. The gold plating and finishing aren’t at the wearing standards. With these prices I might rather buy zirconia.
