Poor Quality and Poor Warranty support
This review is about the company, not the shoe. I bought a pair of Saucony Guide 16 sneakers. They fit my wide foot perfectly and were very comfortable. After 5 wearings, the back inside of the right shoe wore away. There was a hard piece of material behind the heal and it was poorly formed. I was no longer able to wear my sneakers. I contacted Saucony and their support was polite, BUT, they clearly do EVERYTHING they can not to honor their warranty. They told me this was a fitment issue. That's nonsense. I bought the shoe at a running store and had it personnally fit by the manager. It fits like EVERY other sneaker I have had. I brought it back tot he store and the manager said, "Yeah, we've had a lot of people come back with this issue." I guess they all had fitment issues. BS. So, don't buy a Saucony if you expect them to honor their warranty. I will never buy another Saucony and I am sure they could care less!

They have sent the wrong size and will not accept its their fault. When I called to discuss the order and hopefully have it rectified before the shoes are dispatched they told me it was my fault and dropped the call.
I'm really disappointed and shocked at this appalling customer service.
Saucony Dishonesty
The bottom heel layer of one of my Endorphin Pros peeled off on a training run. The shoes do not even have 100 miles on them. Because I've trained and raced in Saucony for years I did not save the receipt and they won't honor the warranty. Who saves receipts of everything they buy? I won't continue using and recommending running shoes for a gigantic company that has no sense of customer service. Congratulations on saving a couple of hundred dollars Saucony!
Saucony refused to replace a pair of shoelaces
I bought a pair of Triumph 22 that apparently had two different sizes on the shoelaces. I contacted customer support who outright refused to help me.
I hope it was worth it for them to loose a customer over a pair of shoelaces...
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I bought the Speed Endorphin 4 shoes, the nylon plate is not "springy" and appears to be faulty when I have subsequently compared to other shoes in the shop. I asked Saucony to take a look at them and received the following message.
"We can confirm that the shoes are not faulty, it sounds simply like they are not the right fit for you.
Not all shoes are suitable for every foot type. It’s important to find a shoe that matches your specific needs and foot characteristics.
Unfortunately the 1 year warranty does not cover fitting issues."
I have worn Endorphin Speed shoes for the past 3 years.
Ridiculous reply (how have they assessed poor fit when i talked about show plate springiness?) and terrible customer service IMO
AVOID at all costs
I would advise everyone to completely AVOID this brand. I purchased a pair of trainers from their Cannock store back in January 2024. After very limited wear I noticed that all the stitching was coming apart around the front of the shoes 4 months later. As I hadn't kept the receipt I called the store in May and was told to bring them in because they could find the purchase on their system. Both the store manager and her colleague examined the trainers and agreed that they were faulty and coming apart at the seams. However, despite giving the exact date and time of purchase from my banking app they couldn't locate the purchase. I was told that they'd speak to IT and would call me when they found the receipt. Over the following month I called twice and each time was told that they were still working on it. Today (5 weeks later) I called and was told by a different person that since I'd purchased them in January I could no longer return them as faulty because I'd passed the three month warranty window!!!!!!!! Only when I seemed exasperated did the lady then go on to say that there were 'options' and I could return to the store and they could photograph them and let their London office decide whether they were faulty. What an absolute DISGRACE. Clearly they had no intention of honouring their word, don't understand the consumer rights act and don't respect their customers enough not to waste their time. Rather than waste a further two 1.5hr round trips to the store I will just have to put them in the bin. Extremely poor first impression of Saucony/Merrell. Had I checked Trust Pilot first I would have realised what kind of outfit they were. Absolutely shocking lack of respect for their customers.
Purchased trainers in April
Purchased trainers in April. £170. Lasted less than 3 months and a hole has appeared. Cotswold Outdoor said they won't provide me with a warranty claim form as I didn't have a gait analysis and from one poor photo they can see it must be the fit and not the trainers. I won't be getting more Saucony trainers and I won't be shopping in Cotswold Outdoor either. Very poor trainers
They sent a mail with 10% discount
They sent a mail with 10% discount, but it mentionned no code, so it was impossible to get the discount. Further it seemed impossible to contact Saucony : chat ? not working; phone ? number does not exist; i had to fill in a delivery address of a friend, because their system refused to accept my address (!) - i live in a street that exists more than 100 years ... it's a shame, because saucony shoes are top !
Trainers broke before wearing, company have my money and refuse to answer phone or email
I ordered trainers in May. First time I put them on the laces broke so I returned them and have proof of receipt. 4 weeks later they have not answered my emails or calls so they have both the trainers and my money. Utterly appalling company - DO NOT USE
Needs big improvement upon online checkout and shipping and packaging preferences
The checkout at saucony website have no option for me to have the package safely and personally picked up from a FEDex or the courier saucony uses for customer shipping- Upon checking out online. Why i need this now? It is because of the previous package not received and was stamped as “delivered” by fed ex with blurry picture of delivered item, fast forward, there was an investigation and came up that the package was stolen right away during office hours after the manager got a call from fed ex which was unlikely. It may be fed ex purposely put a blurry picture and stamped it as delivered but it actually was not. The cameras captured it in our mailroom. Also the saucony packages were not packaged safely to hide whats inside. Saucony shoes are noted to be very good. But most of the shoes or certain models are not found instore or in a physical store elsewhere .
Saucony should improve choices for customer’s preferences on delivery upon checkout to avoid this liability.
At their website it isnt like Amazon which has several options if the item be delivered in a recycled box or hidden inside the box or how it can be received. (Pick up or delivery or signature required) There should some room of improvement for this type so to equally satisfy customers online and improve sales and satisfaction.
The phone and customer service over chatting is horrible. So before possible issues starts, saucony should add this improvement to their packaging and shipping options on carts checkout.
2/10 agents were good. Either they would say they have no control on delivery, cant edit on saucony’s end for shipping the item, another agent place me on hold for over an hour so that she can avoid the automatic post customer service survey- she didnt hung up phone so that the it wouldnt count as against her performance .
She put me on hold for an hour and a half and told me she have a bad ear and she cant do anything on it . It was unbelievable.
The only thing the onlinecustomer like wanted most importantly these modern days that shopping and shipping should be easy and more options in order to have the items arrived securely and satisfactorily in a reasonable amount of waiting time.
Very disappointed with this brand
Very disappointed with this brand. I ve bought a pair of Saucony Women's Triumph 20 BLACK/WHITE, very pretty design, quite good support of the foot, but sadly, the material got a hole in it towards the front of the left shoe, and the right shoe its about to get the same type of hole as well very soon, and only after wearing them just few months, and always alternating with few other pairs of shoes..so probably I ve used them very few weeks all together.Ohh and the smell inside after wearing them is so so bad, just like a cheap and bad chinese material..For the price of 2000kr (around 170-180 E I guess) that they were when I ve bought them..what a huge scam this was.
Excellent service
I just had to counter all the reviews I read on here after I had placed my order. Had I read them first I might not even have made my order. The trainers were dispatched immediately and I received them a day later. They did not fit so I returned them and was refunded the day after that. Superb service. Though it’s a shame the shoes didn’t fit!
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes with them
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes with them. Took two weeks to arrive and had to send them back. Refund took 16 days to get an email confirmation and another 3 days to return into my bank account. Emailed a couple of times and they take ages to reply. The customer service is shocking. After all the fuss I have only received HALF my refund. Still waiting for the other half to return into my account. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
awesome shoes whats not to like
I wouldn’t order from Saucony direct…
I wouldn’t order from Saucony direct again took ages for my trainers to arrive. When the trainers arrived the fit of the trainers was off so I needed to do a return I’ve not got access to a printer and none of the UPS stores had a printer either…rubbish company never again.
Misleading Shipping Information
I received an email from UPS to say my order was due to be delivered on 08.01.24. However, they were not delivered and tracking status changed showing no delivery date. I rang Saucony who said the order had been held up in Customs. Someone isn't telling the truth. Will never order from Saucony again.
Frustrating Experience with Soucany Trainer Company
I recently placed an order with Soucany Trainer Company and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite the company reopening for business on January 2nd, my order faced a considerable delay in shipping. The parcel was dispatched on January 6th via UPS, and since then, there have been no updates on the tracking information.
I reached out to the company via email to inquire about the delivery status, but after an additional 48 hours, I have not received any response. This lack of communication has only added to my frustration.
As a customer, waiting for over a week without any updates on a late-dispatched order is disappointing, and the unresponsiveness from the company exacerbates the situation.
At this point, I would hesitate to recommend Soucany Trainer Company based on my experience. Given the delays, lack of communication, and uncertainty surrounding the fate of my order, I am inclined to give them a rating of 2 stars. This reflects my disappointment with the overall customer service and the handling of my order.
I hope the company takes steps to address these issues and improve their customer communication and delivery processes in the future.
Bad bad customer service
This review is for the customer service of Saucony which is basically non existent. I ordered a pair of running shoes on 02-01-24 from the website, I expected the shoes to be despatched from a UK warehouse but it seems they were from Holland. From the tracking I see they arrived into UK on 05-12 since then they have not moved. I spoke with Saucony on 2 occasions the first lady said please wait few more days which I did. Fast forward to the Thursday 11-01 I once again asked Saucony to chase up the shoe. Promises were made of a call back to keep me informed which never happened. No replies to email and now on Friday am when I call the customer service line it tells me no one is available and cuts off.

STILL NO SHOES. they were sent via fed ex on a service lower than ground because each time i've reached out to fed ex they say that saucony chose the lowest form of shipping and they have 15 days ... it's 2024! it's unbelievable to me that it would take over 5-7 days let alone 15??? When i tt saucony they send me a canned response with the tracking number like i haven't been following that since dec 20th! the delivery date is extended each day!
They suck
They suck. 8 month old 160 dollar shoes. Bought because I can't run and even the eliptical makes my feet sore. Shoes are great but to have holes in them in the front where their internal plastic piece is to blame is BS. I have only worn these sporatically aside from the gym. There is no warranty. Garbage. Should have bought the Hoka's. Both were 160.
