The worst customer service

Had a really bad experience with Saucony customer service. They are unprofessional, lack basic customer service skills, take ages to respond and offer the bare minimum. I had purchased the ES3 New York. It was the last pair and I was super excited for them. The delivery driver left them in the lift in my building without me realising. They were then stolen. I informed Saucony and despite it taking weeks, they didn't offer me a replacement in a different colourway, instead they refunded which was really unacceptable since I managed to purchase these in a Black Friday sale. Therefore I could not get the same shoe with the same price, which of course they were aware of. They really let the brand down, it is a shame.

Review is for the website only

Review is for the website only. I actually like the shoes, but I’ve never heard of the website for the company having the least selection of shoes. There’s next to NOTHING to buy from the website. Any style or color is either removed completely from options or available in one size. They don’t make a ton of styles, so it’s baffling. JAZZ is a great universal sneaker, but they don’t even have a single pair. It all redirects to JAZZ 81, or Court. I don’t get it at all. Anyway, if you’re a fan of the shoes you can dig around and find them from other retailers.

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service, ordered a pair of trainers nearly a month ago. Courier says delivered when they were not, no refund provided nearly a month on. Customer service is appalling, taking several days to respond and then getting a reply with three or four words. The company has had my money now for a month and I have not received the shoes.

Crap Company.

Shoes full of blisters. They will bait you with coupon codes that will never be used on Endorphin Elites. When they do, the shoes are already out of stock. They censor all of the reviews left by customers about their shoes. Boycott.

I ordered a pair of trainers on their website, never received the order but the tracking page said they delivered it. After getting in touch with the courrier and Saucony, they still have no solution for me because I didn't receive the package.

Horrible company with even worse…

Horrible company with even worse costumer service. Bought a pair of trainers from these that were nearly two sizes to big despite actually being the size I am in every other shoe. I spoke to a costumer service agent called 'Jason S' who was absolutely terrible in speaking to me and seemed like he hated even having to respond to me saying he could do nothing about it etc. Never even considering this company again. Awful.

Saucony said to tape my shoes!

After one month the shoe developed a hole. When I reported it to the company they suggested it was my fault that my toenails were probably too long and that I should reinforce my shoe with plaster or tape!
Needless to say this is the last pair of Saucony I will buy.

I wish I read these reviews before…

I wish I read these reviews before ordering from this company. I thought getting the socks to my partner was taking a long time; my suspicions have been confirmed.

Additionally, the socks are worn out as though they're being used by someone else in the middle of the night; they are awful for the price.

I have tried to contact them about a second charge on my PayPal account, but they've not responded.

There are enough headaches in the world without regretting who you bought socks from!

Bad experience all around.

Awful brand had mine a few months the…

Awful brand had mine a few months the branding is coming if the side reported it after various email said go back to the running shop I bought them from. I had an issue with a Nike pair once and they were brilliant replaced them straight away. Saucony are awful the trainers cost £165 not cheap! Cheap and nasty and awful customer services choose a better brand wish I’d have know before buying from them never again!!!

Love the shoes, hate the shipper.

Love the shoes, hate the way shoes are shipped. Tell your logistics provider Wolverine Worldwide to start double boxing shoes. No one likes the boxes delivered with holes and ends smashed because they ship in basically a plastic envelope. Some of us like the cool boxes, especially when the shoes are a premium themed model.

Poor quality

I am so unimpressed with the quality of the fabric that these shoes are made out of. Where my little toe and big toe touch the shoes (both shoes), the fabric has completely worn away. I reported this to Saucony and they told me it was through misuse! How can I misuse shoes when they are on my feet?? The customer service were so unhelpful and said if I wanted to take it up with Fair Trading I could. So disappointed in the quality of this shoe and in their customer service. Do not waste your money.

Delays and abysmal customer service

Placed my order on April 16th, the following day a banner was placed on their website orders wouldn't be shipped until the 24th.
As of the 27th of April, UPS tracking states that the package hasn't been received.
I emailed Saucony without response. After contacting customer service on chat, they said the package was with UPS but due to a backlog with UPS and a public holiday, no progress will be made until the 28th.
I've been waiting 11 days since I placed my order, and likely won't receive it until the 5th of May, 19 days after placing my order.
The fact that after "dispatching", the package has remained stationary for 4 of the 6/7 day delivery window is atrocious.
I've had similar situations occur with other retailers and as a goodwill gesture, they've at least attempted to expedite the shipping process. The fact that something so simple doesn't occur to them is astounding.
Adding insult to injury, I subsequently found the same product 40% cheaper from another online retailer, with whom I'd already have received my package.
Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again.

Worst trainers and customer service around.

They give free trainers to YouTubers to review only if they give good reviews. If you say anything constructive that’s not positive they remove you. Not because of this but in my honest opinion there trainers are awful and a few times I’ve hurt my ankles bad. I’m a very experience runner who would wear what’s good whether I like the company or not but these trainers are one of worst without doubt.

Great colour choice

Great colour choice, light and nice looking trainers but definitely not for running. Much too narrow around midfoot, made of stiff material, hard cushioning. My feet were aching after longer walk. Sticking with Brooks!

Saucony Now

I have been a regular Saucony customer for decades. After the first 2 in store purchases, I bought the rest online, and never had a problem with the size. I always recommended them to other people because they were so comfortable. When I requested brown sneakers for women, Saucony put out brown sneakers, which I still wear occasionally. The last sneakers purchased have never been worn because of discomfort. I wear sneakers a lot and don't want to create foot problems with this 'new' brand. The website only gave me choices up to size 9 and I found out that size 9 is now closer to 8 1/2 in both length and toe width, thanks to cheap overseas manufacturers skimping on materials. The shoes felt harder in the cushioning and uncomfortable on the inside. I was curious about the sudden decrease in quality and found out that the original company was bought over by PAYLESS!!!?? The quality has gone DOWN. Why waste my money on Saucony. I am looking for other alternatives.

Very poor customer service, no care and won't read details

I contacted Saucony about damage to a trainer which was less than 20km of running. I included a photo, description of the issue, concern etc

The response received was terrible. Its almost like they didnt read the email and basically just said to see a professional and get a gait analysis. Not even sure how they came to this conclusion as there was nothing about running style, foot issues etc purely an issue on the trainer which also highlight why.

Comparing this company to another well known brand customer service is night and day. By the experience i'll certainly be holding off any further purchases. Suspect we will see more of this as popularity increases then the issues become apparent.
