Ordered shoe, got glasses

Ordered a shoe, received a pair of sunglasses. Written to them, sent pictures, they offered 40, later 50 % refund and that I can keep the glasses. I said I want full refund, and that they cover the cost of returning the glasses to China. Have not heard of them since. Scammer scumbags.

Saucony helped me on my running journey…

Saucony helped me on my running journey when I started in 2018.

First pair was the Ride and since then have ran in various Saucony trainers, Ride, Kinvara, speed 1, Speed 2, Triumph, Freedom, Peregrine, Xodus, Endorphin Pro 3, and currently waiting for the Elite to arrive .

I am your average runner and purchased every pair from my own pocket.

Think the only 2 I did not get on with was the Kinvara 11 and the Freedoms..

Besides that have enjoyed them all ( the Triumph 18's grew on me because of the weight ..they were a recovery day trainer ).. The Speed 1 and 2 are amazing, the pro 3 already smashed 2 PB's and each year they get better. .

The Ride had a special place in my heart and the Ride 15 is my current daily trainer. Light enough for a speedy run.

Keep up the good work Saucony.

Tracking no. never provided

Saucony never sends a dispatch-confirmation with the UPS-tracking no. (at least in my case). They always write that they will do so (in the order-confirmation) - but then: nothing.
On the good side: when you type in your order-no. and your email and postcode: they provide you with the delivery data. But still: why doesn't the most basic thing work @saucony?

Trail running side mesh…

My trail running shoes side mesh got shredded in the heather, this was only after three months use! I emailed saucony asking for a repair service, they replied quickly but do not offer a repair service, they asked I take the shoe back to the shop I got them from, I am disappointed with this as I just want to extend the life of the shoe. The last thing I want is these virtually new shoes to go to landfill!

Sole damage on first usage

Sole damage on the first usage. The colored wave portion of the soles separates out.

Saucony customer care wants me to travel 2200 km to see them in the physical store.

I ordered a 150.00 gift card from Saucony Thursday. Never received a tracking number. Trying to get a response from them is proving futile to get a tracking number. Worried I won’t receive my gift card before Christmas.

Buyers beware

Buyers beware, there is a $5 return fee unless you want to exchange it.
When called to see if they can waive it, rep said its their policy and its on the website.
Maybe they need to let buyers know about this when we are buying.

Saucony Ride 15 order

I ordered a pair of Saucony Ride 15 shoes with discount. No confirmation mail at all. Customer service returned the paid amount but there was no effort helping me obtaining the shoes I wanted. A waste of time, ordering at saucony.com.

Placed an order for apparel

Placed an order for apparel. Shipped "on time", then disappeared. I then got an email saying one item was returned and given a refund for an amount that was lower than any of the items I purchased. Customer service was nice, but had no control, no answers, and no idea how to help except to refund all. 3 week rabbit hole. I'll never return...

Only worth it for running shoes

I have a pair of Cohesions that I've owned since 2016 that I love and still cycle through for runs. Now that I got everything nice I have to say out of the way, it's time for the ugly truth.

This company's "fashion" shoes, tennis shoes, sneakers, or whatever you call them are garbage. I bought a pair of Bullets. It took me 2 returns before the sizing was correct. I'm an 8.5 in every other manufacturer under the sun. I checked, and it's a men's 9.5 in my pair that fits. The third pair that arrived had the rubber sole coming off the bottom of the shoe. Not wanting to return the shoe for a FOURTH time, I sighed, reached for the gorilla glue, and did the job somebody in the factory was too inept to do.

I eventually went back to wearing my Onitsuka Tiger Serrano shoes. As a minimalist shoe, the Bullets suck. I'm convinced if you wore them every day for a year, they'd be quite minimalist indeed. Because they would have fallen apart and you'd be going barefoot.

They don't even make the bullets for men anymore. Then again, judging by other reviews here, their other "fashion" wares aren't too great either. If you're looking for a good classic shoe, stick to New Balance or Asics.

Think well in case if you have any issue with you sneakers

I have been wearing Saucony for many many many years (about 15), never had an issue and definitely know my size too.
Bought a pair of sneakers for exercise/run as usual and in less the 3 months it got tear on top, not misused and also, I only wear it 2x a week if so.
It looks like the fabric was too thin or faulty. Contact customer service to be told that that was a wear and tear, fitting isue and "We have seen this in people who do a lot of mainly walking in their sneakers." Really? It made me laugh.. Am I supposed to buy a sneaker and not waering for its purpose? hahaha
First time I had to contact customer service and will be the last one as well. Lost a long and advocate customer of the brand.

A stunning customer service

I'm a runner been wearing Saucony shoes for both training and race for years. Some months ago I bought a pair of Saucony rido iso 13 running shoes directly from the saucony web site. Unfortunately the right shoe of that pair after only 300km got a small hole on the rear side (just above the heel). This caused a bladder on my foot and I had to get rid of the shoes and change them. I just took a couple of pics about the defect and the injury, got rid of the shoes and sent an email to the european Saucony support. They answered after 2 days asking me further details and pictures about the model and the shoes but I couldnt send them any pictures. Nevertheless they trusted me and sent me the refund of the whole cost. That's how to keep customers loyal and satisfied. For this reason and for the quality of the shoes I will keep running Saucony!

Saucony: this is a joker out fit. 😂🤣

like a number of company’s there’s days the product is not bad at all but when it comes to the service it’s a joke. So Saucony tell me they tried to deliver a items but no was in so they had to take the package to a drop off spot funny that because two people was at home all day for 3 days now once again because of the courier service that you picked is poor I now have to pay for it with my time sorry but I’ve hand enough company’s that lie. Keep in mind I never picked up the item I requested a refund as I was at home and never received the item and now it’s taken you over two months just tell me your received the the item that your courier left in a chosen drop off point between your self the seller the delivery company and the owner of the drop off point. But just to get this conformation email has been over two months so probably another two months before the payment has been returned 🤣 how is this company still in business one and all need to know about the action of Saucony and just stay well away from them.

Sizing guide is useless

The kids size guide measured my son's feet 3.5 sizes smaller than the size he currently wears in other brands. The width measure went off the side.
I tried a chat to see if I could get more helpful information. The representatives tried to tell me that the wide would be fine and even "That is how our footwear run for our brand" when I mentioned it was multiple sizes off.
(The online size chart has a space that a credit card is supposed to fit in. I want to mention that I checked that so a representative can't read this and assume that I didn't. I followed all the directions on that page.)
They said I could do an exchange if they don't fit but if they aren't wide enough then there's nothing to exchange them for. Since they charge $5 for returns it's very frustrating that all their chat rep would say was " I recommend ordering the size he normally wears and then we can go from there."

Horrible shopping experience

Apparently you need to order an entire size up!! So off back they go, except in my country UPS don’t have a storage and Saucony have a horrible service that is non responsive . Somehow I managed to send back. Been 2 weeks and I am still awaiting my refund. Never again!

Missleading reviews on their website

I used to be a big fan of Saucony however recently I've ordered few pairs and was quite disappointed with the quality, they felt cheap and some models lacking support. When I wrote a review highlighting the lack of support with one of their running trainers it didn't get published on their website as it didn't "meet their criteria" it appears they only publish positive reviews.

Bought a pair of shoes last night

Bought a pair of shoes last night. Saw they were for a kid this morning. Called to cancel order and they said order goes to warehouse 30 minutes after ordered, so you cant cancel order. Could not cancel last night because they were not open. Now I lose freight both ways and restocking fees amouting to $20. The shoes were only $35 to start with. Dont buy from these people. You will get cheated.
