The clothing I ordered was on pre-order so delay was expected however, the quality and fit made the wait worth it. (The top was oversized and it fitted on my shoulders perfectly) Will order again.

Items haven’t arrived…
I sent an email about an item that hasn’t arrived, connected through “Shop” app and said it should’ve Arrived in 2 days. I’ve seen reviews saying it could be pre order however wasn’t disclosed on any emails or website. Contacted the store in 2 emails However received no replies.

Worst experience ever
Ordered 2 t-shirts from the site back in december. Still hasn’t shipped out. Talked to the customer service and they keep telling me it’s getting delayed for the last 2 months now. Every week they say it will get shipped out and they won’t. Worst buying experience ever. Definitely do not recommend buying here.

We can see that your order was a pre-order, which means from the order date it takes 5/6 weeks to ship. However, due to some delays that are out of our control such as covid outbreaks in our factories, driver shortages across the UK, and customs delays as a result of brexit.

read the description before buying
Would love to say the quality was amazing and how fast the delivery came however it’s has now been over a month since I have bought something off their website and it has not been delivered as it’s “not arrived at the warehouse”. I understand managing a small business is hard and stressful (I own one myself) BUT I don’t think it’s acceptable to take the money from the customers without even telling them an estimate of when it would arrive so that they can make up their own mind if they want to buy it or not. It is a very selfish and greedy move from the company and the owner that will not get this business very far and will cost the owner the customers in the future.
may I also add the item I brought was on SALE. I understand it said it will be dispatched when it arrives to the warehouse however it has been 30 days since my order and when I emailed I got a very rude email telling me I should have read the description!! I have never ever experienced this before and I really hope this gets fixed and doesn’t happen to more people as by other reviews I can see the quality for the price is amazing.
