Tees are amazing quality up there with the likes of cole buxton and represent, but for half the price. Can often wait a week or two for the order to arrive due to pre orders, but more then worth the wait

The worst company I’ve dealt with. Ordered a tshirt and paid for it to be delivered in 1-2 business days and never received, emailed the company to which they told me it was a pre order which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the description. Asked for my order to be canceled and my money refunded and they refused. Awful customer service, incredibly rude and are liars. Would recommend nobody to purchase from this company!

What a horrendous business owner! I’m pretty sure the positive reviews left on here are fake as no one in their right mind could be happy with the product or service you get when placing an order with Saul.
Payment was taken immediately before any product arrived for almost 2 months. The product arrived and was see through, and now after paying £9 to return the items, I am still awaiting a refund 3 weeks later.
Utter scam!

Always great service and even better quality of products. Ordered twice from Saul and have been extremely happy with my purchases so far. Highly recommend to anyone!

Ordered 25th March. Still not received order. Emailed several times asking for updates, been told due to covid delays with order. Finally got a shipping update around 3 weeks ago, still not heard/had anything since.

Waiting already for 2 weeks. No respond from the after-sales. Baddddd.

Update: 1 month later, still nothing received. I will get my money back through paypal.

Ordered on 20-06, now its 25-07, 1 month later😂

Best quality pieces I’ve bought. The fit is perfect, boxy and dropped shoulders - the colours don’t fade and the garments don’t shrink. Been in the streetwear game for years now and it’s so good to see an up and coming brand being the staple for quality and fit. 3 months since order , no updates on how long it will take…. Guys it seems like you are ruining a good thing you have going here. The clothing looks really good, but you can’t see pre order in small text and give no updates on when you receive your clothing. It’s been a quarter of a year. It feels like I’ve just been robbed of 40 pounds for a T-shirt i still haven’t received

Placed an order a week ago and no progress made on order. Tried contacting via email and Instagram but not had a response.

I do not recommend this brand at all - awful customer service and service all together. I ordered a hoodie in February with a pre-order length of 5/6 weeks. However, it is now 4 months later with no indication or upfront answer from them for when it will arrive. I have to constantly chase to get a reply from them, of which their replies are 'as soon as possible' or 'hopefully next week' which they have said for the last 2 months. Still yet to receive my item

Absolutely class business. Genuinely the best there is for luxury clothing and 10/10 customer service. Honestly can’t go wrong

Placed 2 orders in April and May. Neither order has arrived. Company seems to think a generic response of “Thanks for the order, as shown in the product description on the website this order was a pre-order and it will be shipped out as soon as it lands in our warehouse.

If there is anything else we can support with let me know.” Is sufficient when you ordered product 5-7 weeks ago?

Helpful questions to answer would be:
When are the products arriving at your warehouse?
When can I anticipate the orders to arrive?
Why are there continued delays in delivery?
Why do you change your product descriptions to state *Please note this is a pre-order and we will ship the product as soon as it lands in our warehouse after you’ve sold products originally against a 7 day delivery policy?

Really impressed with the quality of material as well as the fit of the sweater I ordered. Really happy that I purchased from Saul Clothing and customer service and delivery of product is second to none

I can’t really comment, because I ordered a piece of clothing On the website, but they failed to mention that it wasn’t in stock and I was actually placed on a waiting list, I’ve now been waiting over a month and I have received now information about when it’s coming etc.
The only reason I haven’t gave a review rating of 1 is because when I emailed them to ask why it hasn’t arrived yet they replied quite quick to tell me I’ve been placed on a waiting list that’s their only positive🤷🏼‍♂️

Amazing sweatshirt, great colour, 100% recommend

For a start up uk brand I was pleasantly shocked with the unreal quality of the clothing, especially at its more than reasonable price. I can see this quality of garment competing with other British brands such as Represent and Cole Buxton. Will be buying more in the future!! 👍🏼
