Recently bought me a shirt from y’all, and I just wanted to share how amazing it is! The quality is phenomenal, and the weight is amazing! Can’t wait to see more from y’all, have a blessed week!

In my last review, I highlighted that I placed an order on November 28th 2022 and still had not received it on February 15th 2023. I received no information or updates.

After emailing Saul and informing them of my intention to contact Trading Standards, I have now received a curt email stating that a refund will be processed. So, still no goods, no explanation and no apology. Appalling.

Quality t-shirt. Really nice material. Some oversized t-shirts can feel tacky but saul have a good heavyweight feel that’s really comfortable. Definitely buying again.

I have just received the items and they are perfect, can’t fault anything. I ordered 4 of the “Athletics Tee” in various colours and the design is so clean and the colours work so well. The quality of the material is amazing for such a good price, and they all fit even better than expected. I already have my second order placed, but I will definitely be ordering more again. Highly recommend. Keep smashing it!

Ordered on the 23/11/22 for delivery within 3-5 days… Still not received my order!!! Have emailed numerous times but no response

Wish I read other reviews before buying from Saul. I ordered the Val D'Isere hoodie a number of weeks ago and I've still not received and I don't think I am going to get it either. When I ordered it was noted it would take 10-15 days to be shipped which I didn't have an issue with. 10-15 days later I still heard nothing from Saul so I emailed for an update. They did reply fast saying they would have them in within a few days of that email and get it sent out.
Weeks later I still haven't heard anything which is just ridiculous, they clearly didn't have these hoodies in stock when I had ordered it so it should have been on the website as a pre order which is wasn't. I sent another email asking for a refund in which they replied "as shown in product description this item is a pre order". I went back on the website to double check and it was a total lie as it didn't say that anywhere, I then noticed they had changed the shipped time to 3-4 weeks! Another week has went by and STILL HAVE NOT heard anything!! They haven't even apologised for any of this! Absolutely shocking company I've never known anything like it. I feel like they have just took my money and ran, dread to think how many other people this has happened to.
All I want is a hoodie!!

Service was great and fast as always. The quality of the top is unreal like everything I’ve bought from here. I will definitely shop here again

I ordered 2 t shirts over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received them

Placed an order of over £100 at the start of July. It is now the middle of September and nothing has been received, no email sent to say dispatched. I have been told many reasons as to why it’s not there fault but when asked to cancel my order and be refunded I was told they can’t do this. I can honestly say I would never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible service from the start.

The T-shirt itself is amazing but took a little longer than advertised to arrive. Seller said the issue is now resolved so have no issues with buying from brand again.

I ordered a t shirt in May and it STILL hasn’t arrived 3 months later.. after emails and Instagram messages asking for a refund the seller has now gone quiet and isn’t replying to messages.
Do not recommend this brand AT ALL!

bought the black crew neck jumper and the quality is amazing, heavyweight and comfy fitting. other smaller brands would charge £60-£80 for the same product so great value for money. fast delivery/dispatch and good overall service

Getting super frustrated with this company. Replies on email take over a week, I requested a refund because the clothing has not been delivered over 5 week ago - no response - worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, don’t waste your time ordering

Waited 10 weeks and came damaged.

Waited 10 weeks for order to arrive and both tees came with big holes in the side. Awful. Can see why they have now stopped making these tees.

Customer service was awful. Make you pay for your own return even though it’s damaged.

Ordered off lots of small brands and they’ve been amazing but this one just an all round awful experience.

They also said “the hole was because the supplier put wrong information on a label so the label was just ripped off”

I wouldn’t care if it was a cheap order but this is £90 for two tees and both came badly damaged and unwearable.

Such a disappointment!
