Would I buy sauna material again if I were to build another sauna from Sauna Timber? Sure I would; a first class service and materials.

Excellent service, they were like my own Sauna Consultant, I sent them my ideas and they put me right on a number of issues, which would have otherwise been big problems. They were just supplying materials but did far more, when they delivered they came and looked at the proposed location and ran through everything, giving me trade tips that helped immensely, they spent a lot of time with me. Subsequently during construction they answered the phone 'first ring' for numerous questions I had and had plenty of patience with me.

Sauna-timber.co.uk was one of the first companies I came across on Google, I priced everything up, and being a tradesman thought I'd be able to get timber far cheaper from timber yards. After spending days messing around on the phone pricing various options, wasting time driving places to look at timber cladding to find its not the grade they say or comes in lengths that aren't suitable (loads of waste) and that its no cheaper and would take loads of elbow grease to get it to the same smooth finish.
Andrei is also far cheaper than any of the other sauna material suppliers, this is not due to being inferior quality. Andrei personally delivered all the materials himself and took time to explain a few queries I had and gave some useful installation instructions. The timber was very well wrapped and has been stored correctly, ive inspected all packs and can't see any damage or imperfections just beautiful top quality timber. Don't waste your time like I did and just trust that this is the best price, quality and service.
