Their team was incredibly responsive, empathetic, and immediately took care of replacing my order with no hassle at all. I haven’t received the necklace just yet, but based on my experience with their team alone, I would absolutely order from them again and again. It’s a great bracelet but the chain is very feminine. It truly looks better on my wife.
