Excellent customer service

I have purchased from this brand two times and both of them the products came impeccable, well packed and the quality of the product itself excellent. No complaints at all. Will for certain continue purchasing from sava amstersdam is the future!!

In less than two weeks, one of the red gems disappeared from the bracelet. As you can see the quality is very bad.

Really pleased! Took a while to arrive but worth the wait!

I made an order (#51936) to be delivered to my home address in Athens (Greece). I received an email claiming the carrier could deliver the package as they failed to reach me by phone and as i was working from home for sure nobody rang my bell (please note that a phone number is not mandatory when placing an order). There is no number provided for calling the carrier in Greece and i only received an email showing a weird number abroad...After sending emails and messages on Instagram nobody has yet helped contact the carrier in Greece in order to find an alternative way to get my packaged delivered.

To this moment i am not even sure this company exists!

Be aware when you place an order

When you buy a ring, necklace or any item from Sava Amsterdam, it's high quality and supports a great business. I have three rings and two necklaces from Sava and am impressed every time by the quality and style of the product but it's simplicity too. When I ordered a ring that was too small, I had a great customer experience with Sava. Their communication was exceptional and I knew they really cared about our interaction and my experience with their brand and products. When you normally just talk to a chat bot, their team was amazing, and human. Keep up the amazing work.

I had issue with receiving wrong items. But, Khreen is very good at providing customer service, very polite and fast response. Besides that, their products are very good quality, fast shipping. So far I’m happy for what I pay. It’s worth the money. Thank you SAVA team, you’re the best.

10/10 customer service, my parcel was taking a while to arrive and i was getting a little nervous as i’ve never used SAVA before, i should have been more patient as it’s christmas and i ordered during black friday weekend🤦‍♀️ but anyway, i sent the team an email on saturday night and by sunday morning i had a lovely reply and it put me right at ease, Khreen had gone out his way, checked on my order and given me an update even on a sunday, these guys are great and i’m not worried at all anymore!
