Denied return of falsly sent bike - loss of 1.700 Euro
We orderde a sava deck bike online on the official website. What ever went wrong, wether I pressed a wrong button, or something went wrong on the website - it does not matter. We were sent a bike we did not intend to order. We left a message imediately upon receiving a racing instead of a gravel bike, wishing to return the wrong bike. Until today, more than a year later, we were denied our right to send the bike back, communication was blocked/did not happen. We even tried via other sava deck stores to get in touch.
We would strongly recommend not to order online; we were totally ripped off and have not seen a possibility to get our money back (1.700 Euro!)
