Denied return of falsly sent bike - loss of 1.700 Euro

We orderde a sava deck bike online on the official website. What ever went wrong, wether I pressed a wrong button, or something went wrong on the website - it does not matter. We were sent a bike we did not intend to order. We left a message imediately upon receiving a racing instead of a gravel bike, wishing to return the wrong bike. Until today, more than a year later, we were denied our right to send the bike back, communication was blocked/did not happen. We even tried via other sava deck stores to get in touch.
We would strongly recommend not to order online; we were totally ripped off and have not seen a possibility to get our money back (1.700 Euro!)

Birgit n’a jamais commandé sur notre site, SAVA Club. Elle a acheté son vélo sur un autre site (https://savadeck-bike.com/) et vient se plaindre ici, alors que nous sommes un revendeur totalement indépendant.

Nous ne sommes pas responsables de sa commande ni de son problème. Cet avis est donc hors sujet et trompeur.

Merci de ne pas confondre notre boutique avec d’autres vendeurs. Chez SAVA Club, nous traitons chaque client avec sérieux et transparence.
