I rarely write negative reviews, but this has been one of the worst online purchasing experiences I’ve had.

I placed an order for a bike on March 17, with a stated delivery window of 18–25 days. What followed was over a month of delays, inconsistent information, and zero transparency.

At first, I was told production would take 3–5 days. That timeline was missed immediately. Then I was informed the package had shipped, but tracking showed it as “delivered,” which I had to clarify myself. From there, things only got worse.

Over the following weeks, I received multiple contradictory updates:
- I was told the package was on a plane, then later still in customs
- I was told it had already cleared customs, then later that it was still under inspection
- I was told there were holidays in Mexico causing delays (which was inaccurate)
- I was told a courier would contact me to confirm delivery — this never happened

At no point was I provided a reliable last-mile tracking ID, making it impossible to verify the shipment’s status independently. Every update required me to chase customer support.

After more than 40 days, the order had clearly exceeded the promised delivery window. Despite this, I was asked to wait even longer, with a new delivery estimate of May 5th — a date that didn’t feel credible given the lack of progress.

To their credit, they offered $150 USD as compensation for the delay. However, compensation does not fix the core issue: there is no accountability, no clear logistics visibility, and no reliable communication.

This experience is completely different from what you would expect from a legitimate international purchase:
- No proactive updates
- No consistent tracking
- Constantly changing explanations
- Missed deadlines without accountability

I ultimately had to request a full refund after losing confidence that the product would ever arrive.

If you’re considering ordering, be aware that once your payment is made, you may be left in the dark for weeks with no reliable way to track your order or confirm its status.

I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.

Disappointing experience with Sava Bike’s Affiliate Program

I am very disappointed with the lack of professional integrity in the Sava Bike Affiliate Program. Despite multiple discussions and clear evidence regarding Order #4782, the company has failed to settle the remaining $4.09 of my earned commission.

While the amount is small, the refusal to pay what is rightfully owed raises serious concerns about Sava Bike’s transparency and reliability for its marketing partners. I had planned to rejoin and continue promoting their products, but I cannot recommend an affiliate partner that fails to honor even the smallest payment commitments. The payment is incomplete. Please settle the remaining unpaid affiliate commissions immediately. Pay my commission!

Price & shipping great, BUT....

The price was great and the shipping time was fast. However, I was missing a small part and although I received a quick reply, I was never updated if the replacement part had been shipped. After several attempts to make contact I was finally updated. Upon receiving the missing part it was determined to be the incorrect part. The company was informed about the incorrect part but I still have not received an updated and informed of any action. I've owned the bicycle for 3 months and still have not been able to ride it.

I have had a very good experience with…

I have had a very good experience with SAVA. Their customer service has been responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, and communication has been smooth throughout. The team has been easy to reach and willing to assist when needed.

I am also very happy with the bike itself. The quality, performance and overall ride feel have been excellent, and it has exceeded my expectations for the price.

Overall a very positive experience.

Sava Falcon experience!

I will start by saying my new Sava falcon is an Amazing bike! For the money you can’t beat it. Been knocking out 100k group rides with ease. Keep in mind I’m riding alongside ppl with Pinarello’s, Masis etc! High end bikes and they perform no better than my Sava Falcon.

Very happy for new bike

I bought a Sava AK105 as a gift for my girlfriend. She's very happy with it; it's very nice, and I really liked the quality, handling, and style. I had a problem with a part that broke upon arrival. I contacted customer support via email, and they responded in less than 3 hours and sent me the replacement part with express shipping. I received it in the United States in just 4 days. I'm very happy with the customer service and with the new Sava.

Well, In my personal experience about this purchase I feel it was so balanced in relation quality and price. I mean there was no fees nor cost of shipping which I really appreciate so much take in consideration for the investment in this kind of bikes. A good acquisition.

Great quality

The shipping was incredibly fast. I gave the aurora r8 to a local bike mechanic to fully fit it and even he was impressed by the quality.

Well what went wrong is you shipped the bike that arrived close to my distribution center and then was not delivered because the package was damaged, I never heard back from sava, since it was Christmas break it seems like nobody was in the office, really the whole experience sucked because I was eager to make this a Christmas present. I suspect that when you ship the bike the package was already damaged and you just really didn't care much. The bike was originally returned before so somebody didn't really do their due diligence when shipping it out, not exactly great service, definitely lowered my expectations. To summarize my experience slow response and no attention to detail. What a disappointment. I ended up ordering the same sava bike through Amazon, realizing that with Amazon I have more protection from being abused with problems of delivery.

The bike is really great to ride

The bike is really great to ride, but the manual to assemble is missing. Need to check multiple YouTube videos and different bike models have different assembly of parts. The steam parts are so delicate and when assembly the plastic parts got damaged and I need to order new one and had to pay $5 after negotiating which was earlier asked for $20. These parts don’t cover in warranty which it should be part of warranty.

Customer Service were very responsive regarding all the queries I had. Just make sure to check with their bike size chart before ordering. I had to return the SAVA Gravel Bike, size 49 bike I received and request for a size 47 (I have a Specialized Bike, size 49 fits well and I am 5'3").

This bike is better than more expensive brand name bikes

The communication throughout the entire process was exceptional, keeping me well-informed. The bicycle shipping time was excellent, with no issues encountered. Subsequent communications were also outstanding. The online video proved extremely helpful, making bicycle assembly effortless. I am thoroughly impressed with the bicycle. It demonstrates responsive acceleration while maintaining sufficient compliance for extended periods in the saddle. My longest ride to date has been 120km, and the experience was consistently comfortable. The bicycle's aesthetic is impressive and garners significant attention.
