Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a white shirt, but Savana delivered a floral dress instead. When I raised a return request under "Wrong Product Received," they rejected it with a generic response claiming their packing video and QC check didn't support my claim.
They then asked me to upload clear photos of the SKU and USN tag. I did exactly that, but the tag they themselves attached was faded and poorly printed. Despite complying with every request, they rejected my return again instead of addressing the actual issue—that they shipped the wrong product.
As a customer, I expected them to take responsibility for their mistake. Instead, I was forced to repeatedly contact support and now have to escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline.
Extremely disappointing experience. If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect a fair or timely resolution. I would not recommend shopping from Savana based on my experience.

I had ordered few things, it took so long, there was no update, there was no customer help, it only said to trust on them, at-last somehow I was able to cancel it, otherwise my thousands of money would have been wasted
