Saveheat Eneryg Renewables is now…
Saveheat Eneryg Renewables is now trading under another company name.
Same director, same address, they've just changed their company name to avoid a lot of things.
If you go onto gov.uk type in saveheat energy renewables ltd, look at people, and you'll see the same name is the director, with the same address.
The new name they now go under is Beehive Renewable energy ltd.
If you do your research, contact the energy ombudsman and explain to them what they have done, and that you have a contract, I think that it will still be valid under the new company name.
Hope this helps stop more people like myself being conned off them.
This company is no longer trading
This company is no longer trading, as a recent customer I was shocked to learn this and am disappointed to have no ongoing support for an expensive investment.
If you can find any information on your devices about the original supplier you can contact them for help which is what I did.
This company Save Heat Energy should go…
This company Save Heat Energy should go out of business. My solar panels stopped working. My contact woman said this and that. Send photos . Reset the system. It turned out she had left the company. Then another woman Tracey said the same things and a man from Solax got involved. I sent 20+ emails to this useless company. Forget all the pre 2024 postings with regard to quality. They have collapsed. I tried phoning. No reply then as has been reported the phone numbers were cancelled. I am grateful to read some of the suggestions I will take some of them up but I am not hopeful. This company would just not send out an engineer. They put the panels up and did the electrics. Today I had a man from SCJ Electricals in Cramlington call. He said it was a faulty inverter as I knew it was. By the afternoon a new one was ordered and will be installed! Finally, my nightmare was coming to an end. But I will pursue this company. Beware the company setting up as another one
Looks like they are in the process of going bust.
I have had issues with my system since install in October 2023 which they have left un-resolved. Office Staff were constantly un-professional, rude and completely incompetent.
Anyone else experiencing issues should contact their Credit Card Company if paid by CC or bank if paid by DC and request a charge back, contact SaveHeatEnergy's supplier and distributor of the equipment Infinity Innovations also contact Durham Trading Standards and report issues to them.
The current Director of the company Michael Rivers setup another company Beehive Renewable Energy Ltd at the same address on 6 June 2024 obviously going to start trading under another name.
Hope this is of some help?

Tried to call SaveHeatEnergy. Number no longer in service. If anyone has an idea what to do next, please post on trustpilot.
Have been trying to contact them due to…
Have been trying to contact them due to faults on my solar installation.
Getting no replies via contact page and when phoning all I get is a message saying phone number not in service
Have they stopped trading. I am now not generating and losing money due to faults.
HAVE THEY GONE BUST!!!
I have been trying to contact for the past two weeks to report a fault, and yesterday both phone lines are now inactive. Do I assume they've gone bust? I have contacted the insurance company but I can’t make a claim unless Companies House has them registered as inactive. I’ve written to the Director who resigned in May and the letter has been returned to sender. No address for the existing Director other than the trading address.
Unable to make contact and poor service.
Unable to make contact. Overall poor organisation in the office, techicians arrive without a work program, passwords and equipment. Contact is zero - no response to phone or email for 3 months and I've tried every other day.
Don’t do it. Awful after sales, misleading sales, incompetent office staff
Shocking after sales- I’ve now not had a response in about four weeks despite multiple chasing and copying in everyone from the Conpany Director, Dany to salesman Mike and office staff Lois. They’ve left me with one inverter offline and won’t come back to me to get it sorted. They also misled me during sales pitch and sold me a system which would work in a certain way to give me loads of savings but didn’t set it up that way and when I raised it with them (among many other things) they said the app isn’t part of their service and they wouldn’t risk getting involved in the set up of the nighttime charging of batteries seeing as they don’t know what tarrif I was on. There was no training for the app so it’s not like I had was given the tools to do it. Nor did they tell me it was for me to set it up. So I can’t help thinking of any old people who’ve used their service and now think they’re saving all this money that was discussed at the presale meeting but not knowing it hasn’t been set up. Nor do they tell you in the sales meeting that the app they use isn’t really part of their service, so they show you what it can do but don’t make it clear that they’re not responsible for helping you set it up. Oh wait; but then they tell you you can’t contaxf the app provider yourself because it needs to be via them. Save heat energy keep on referring to my smart meter being fitted and this knocking the CT clamps, but their engineers have been back twice in the meter box so it’s nothing to do with anyone moving the CT clamps. Of their own accord they decided to divide my batteries two and two across two electrical phases and when I told them that one of the phases has no energy consumption and would they mind moving two of the batteries onto the other system, they came back with a laughably bad reason that they couldn’t do it. It’s a really simply daisy chain system, so they’re just digging their heels in. I’ve raised all of this , and a lot more in emails to them, and have had nothing but fluff replies. It’s a shame, I had really high hopes.
Unable to make contact
Unable to make contact. I had a notification on the Lux power app that I don't understand, and don't seem to be generating what I should be. No answer when I call, and no reply to several emails and contact via website, even after 2 weeks
They wont reply
My inverter has developed a fault I contacted the company to try and repair. They do not answer the phone after trying several times I mailed. They replied after several days saying they hoped to arrange an appointment. Three weeks later no appointment. Have mailed three times but no reply. I am presumably losing income. Not happy.
Wifi/Luxpower app problems
Had a battery storage system installed in 2023, all working well initially, then changed my internet contract, the dongle on the inverter/Luxpower app got disconnected from my Wifi. I was unable to reconnect, and the company has since left me high and dry.
4.4. - Thanks for your reply last week. Unfortunately we have already gone round your argument in previous emails and agreed that it does not give a guarantee of a solution. The only way to establish a guaranteed solution is for one of your installers to visit the site, attempt to reconnect the existing dongle to my Wifi, and if unsuccessful, fit a different dongle. If the new dongle works, fine, then I am prepared to buy it.

Outstanding, professional and friendly service
SaveHeatEnergy installed our system (16 panels and a 9.4kw battery) on the 9th January 24. Absolutely everything from the original visit for a quotation, to the survey and then the actual installation went extremely smoothly. Everyone that we had any dealings with have be very friendly, helpful and professional.
SaveHeatEnergy were recommended to me by a family member and since then, we have recommended them to a friend. We are all delighted in the way we have been dealt with.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to others.
Thank you SaveHeatEnergy for everything you have done for us all.

The service and quality of work was…exceptional
The service and quality of work was exceptional with no problems encountered.
Fourteen solar panels & three batteries fitted and you would never know that the workmen had been on the premises a very good professional job.
Many Thanks

Great aftercare
I have been very impressed with the aftercare from SaveHeat. I had some issues with faulty batteries which they sorted as quickly as they could. Also being able to ring with technical questions about my system is incredibly valuable.

After sales not great
Initial consultation and installation was great very efficient however they could not get the system to link to our Wi-Fi and needed a dongle so we could see usage etc. this apparently is a complimentary service and not part of what we paid. They have tried since September to get it working and eventually in January someone got it working intermittently. We eventually moved our mesh system closer and it’s now working. Something we had to figure out.
Since we have got it working we have found that the app is essential if you want to charge your batteries with cheap energy during the night and store. We were not shown how to use the app at all and nothing mentioned about setting times so that the batteries would charge!! I emailed the company to ask for help how to do this twice and heard nothing!!! Well thanks to you tube I sorted it myself. Installation sort of good after sales not good at all. You do need the app as you need to be able to set the times for charging. This was part of what sold the system to us. For 4 months we have not been using this feature and if I hadn’t found it myself and sorted it then it still would not have been working! I wouldn’t recommend again!

Mistaken for another firm with similar name.
I had earlier posted review comments that actually related to another company with a similar name.
I am now updating my comments to say that I have not used this company.

I discovered after the installation…
I discovered after the installation that cables from the panels are lying in my gutters,i investigated this using the company that oversee installers and co-incidently
SaveHeatEnergy are registered with them and the gentleman i spoke to said under no circumstances should the cables be left in the gutters due to contamination which leads to a breakdown in the cables integrity,so may i suggest you check where your cables are fitted or not as with my cables.

Great company, excellent service.
Great company, installed 12 solar panels & two storage batteries in less than 4 hours, the instillation team performed a neat & tidy job, the system works great & the app for reviewing the system is user friendly, in summary they can be trusted to deliver a fantastic service.
