From first contact by email through to receiving all the paperwork, the whole process of getting solar panels designed, fitted, tested and commissioned was seamless with SaveHeatEnergy. Our questions were answered promptly and honestly. All pre-arranged appointments and contacts were kept and on time. It says a lot about a company’s faith in its products that no payment was made until we were entirely satisfied, not even a deposit!

The system is performing as expected and we are now exporting about 70% of our production back to the grid, although this will reduce during the shorter winter days.

A big thank you to all the staff involved from start to finish. We would not hesitate to recommend SaveHeatEnergy to anyone who may be thinking about getting solar panels fitted.

The team from Saveheatenergy were great, totally professional, efficient, prompt. They came when arranged and did a great job. The surveyor who came before was also efficient and professional. The team also managed to be friendly as well.

However, I wasn't shown how to turn off the panels should that become necessary. I think this was a pity, because although the information is in the paperwork it is no obvious, and one might need to trun off in a hurry.

We have had our solar panels fitted today and we are more than happy with the whole experience. Steve who came to advise us ws very professional and explained everything that would happen if we decided to go ahead with the installation, he wasnt pushy in anyway which we appriciated. He gave us time to discuss between ourselves and was happy to do a return visit the next day to arrange everything thanks Steve. We were happy with the surveyor who checked everything out and gave the go ahead for fitting which we were happy with. The scaffolders arrived promptly and put up the scaffold with no problems and made sure it was safe which put me at ease. John and Sam the fitters arrived on time and explained everything the were going to do and said once everything as up and running they would show us how things worked. We were suprised at how well the fitting went which only took 4 hours, the lads cleaned up as they went and left everything neat and tidy. Once everything was done they set up our phone app to show how we could check on how it worked in the house, in a way which was easy to understand. They were very polite young men and worked well together. We cant thank them enough for such a good job. Once the panels were on the roof the scaffolders return and took down the scaffolding and left everything as they found it. Thanks everyone for such a stress free service, we would recommend Saveheat Energy to anyone.

Unable to easily identify a reliable, fairly priced provider of solar energy, Saveheatenergy was recommended by a trusted heating engineer and managing director of a local firm. He told us of his very positive experience with Saveheatenergy which I am happy to say was duplicated for us.

From our initial consultation with Steve McGargle and follow up clarifications at our request, to installation by John Tye and his team, everything was straightforward and done reliably within stated time frames. By chance my brother-in- law who was choosing a similar system at the same time from another company who had good reviews found that the pricing and equipment was almost identical. Back in the office Lois coordinated the administration efficiently, effectively and politely.

This company is fantastic. John and the other 2 lads who refitted the panels for me as well as rewiring were just so nice and supportive. This followed a harrowing time when I was really let down by 2 different roofers. They were on time and the job was competed to my total satisfaction. I cannot speak highly enough for the service I received from the office down to the solar panel fitters. First class and thanks again!

Hi All, Today we have just had 14 JA solar panels, 3 Greenlinx battery's and luxpower hybrid inverter installed to our property. The fitting team were competent, professional, clean, well mannered and respectful to us and our home. But this was the same throughout the hole experience from the sale rep (Stephen McGargle). We found that he knew his stuff and everything he told us was true and reliable and he gave us his number so if we had any other questions, which we did we could contact him. We where texting untill 8 pm. How many can say that?. When the surveyor attended our home he carried out an in-depth survey and asked questions on how we would like the setup, Even Lois from customer service was keeping us updated and what was happening next. Even too the chat we had with the finance department when paying for the service was excellent and friendly, sorry I forgot her name! I'm confident that if we would have any problems in the future I'm sure they will be more than helpful and quick to respond if we did. Thank you to you all at Saveheatenergy.

5 Star Service. Each member of staff we dealt with was knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely efficient. Each stage of the process was dealt with quickly, things happened exactly as we were told and we were pleasantly surprised by the speed with which our paper work was delivered.

Solar panels fitted 4 weeks ago. Brilliant service from the whole team. Lots of information from Steve who came to give us the quote & explain everything in a language we understood. Scaffolders & fitters arrived on the due dates & quickly installed everything. The app for using the system was explained to us & all our questions answered. All the necessary paperwork was sent to us in a timely manner to allow us to apply for export payments. All in all a great service at a competitive price. I would highly recommend SaveHeatEnergy.

We asked for a quotation from saveheatenergy and Steve McGarle provided us with a great overview of the process and costs. His knowledge is second-to-non regarding solar energy. There was no pressure to buy, but I soon realised from recommendations this company is first class.

They are absolutely amazing the service was spot on the lads arrived on time, they put sheets on the stairs carry out the work and left everything clean and tidy, they also kept me informed throughout and put the app on my iPad and explained how to use it. Absolutely fantastic all round, from the beginning with the rep, Neil, who was very knowledgable, friendly and understanding, matched my needs exactly, the scaffolding company were polite, precise, on time and thorough, the instalation team, were so polite, tidy and explained the next step thoroughly, enen came back the next day to check everything. Fantastic service from start to finish. Steve McGargle called to our house and was very honest from the outset stating that he would only recommend panels if they were financially viable, and equally as important that the price was the price and non negotiable. My husband and I much prefer that to starting at a ridiculous high price and then bartering. We were under no pressure to sign up at the first meeting, very refreshing. This is a much more professional approach. I wanted panels on the back of the house so as to be less obtrusive, but Steve simply said he could not and would not proceed in this basis as the north facing aspect was not suitable.
The gentleman who carried out the survey was again professional and helpful explaining our option regarding the location of the panels.
John and his fitting team were extremely efficient, polite, clean and quick. They left no mess, hoovering after completion and gave a full explanation of the app and next steps. The office team were really polite and helpful and kept us informed regarding fitting dates and next steps etc. They arranged all of the necessary paperwork with the local authority and electricity distribution company. The panels provided instant electricity from installation and I was delighted to see my washing machine powered by the sunny Autumn day. Would definately recommend this company.

Fantastic service! No drama or fuss, everyone delivered as promised.
We were very impressed with the installation team. Scaffolders and installers were polite, efficient, tidy and worked well together, to get the job completed in 2-3 hours. There was minimal disruption and it was great to discover that the scaffolding would be erected and taken away as part of the job.

Absolutely the best big spend experience I’ve ever had.
Salesman Marc dunning, was a1. On first visit, no pressure, just informative info on how system worked, and answered all questions we had, after our appointment, informed me that he was not allowed to ask for a final decision whilst on our property, and would only come back once our decision was made, and just walked away.
The installers were friendly, respectful, and knew their job very well, even took their boots of every time they came into house. System been in 2weeks now, and can instantly see the savings happening, thanks to system giving me complete monitoring, and control via there very impressive install.

The saleman was friendly and explained things, the was no increase in price after I accepted their quotaion.They came on time, were professional, did the job an explained how things worked. They left the house clean and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone and the best think was the house started to feel warmer almost immediately.

Rep from Save Heat Energy, Steve McGargle visited us to provide a quote. All he did was discredit the two previous companies we had got quotes from. Then he provided a verbal quote and during the discussion as we were questioning him on his product and his offer, he changed his mind and said it was not worth his time to provide us a quote. Basically wasted half an hour of our time. A very unpleasant and patronising person.

Thank you for a painless sales and installation process of our 12 panel & 6kwh battery solution. Everyone I spoke to and met were professional, courteous and friendly.

The install itself was carried out neatly & tidily in two parts due to the shortage of batteries but now complete, it is doing everything discussed with Steve during our first meeting.

3800kw in full sun for a few hours in October means a full battery, washing done and dishes cleaned all before lunch resulting in no grid consumption until tomorrow morning (if there’s no brightness) otherwise the cycle starts again.

I asked this company who were recommended to me for a survey for solar panels. Surveyor came right on time. After looking at my property carefully he had the honesty to say he did not think solar panels were economically viable for me and advised against them. I was really impressed that he made no effort to sell me a system which would not be value for money

Very poor service, several weeks of waiting for a response, when I complained fast email response but no real action that I can claim to see. Asked to carry out several tasks, reboot system etc. Actions

Took pictures of screens
No charge reaching battery
No real help from engineers
Girls on phone very helpful - but not fixing things

Some warranty process it’s very very bad, feel genuine despair about this they only come from Durham it’s about 80 minutes away
