You shouldn’t even have 1 star. Shame on you for scamming my 94 year old Mum. There is no way she signed up for a subscription - this has a direct link to a purchase she made from Vytaliving.

December time they took £29.95 out of my bank I tried to cancel online! Couldn’t cancel there was an Error constantly so I’ve emailed over 50 times to not have a single email back! I spoke to a gentleman who “cancelled my subscription” and again January they took £29.95 after eventually making contact I was told the subscription Is 100% cancelled then again Friday they’ve taken another £29.95
Only option now is to go to my bank and they cancel my card Absolute joke!!!!
This is a scam company
This is a scam company. Like others, I have had 29.95 taken from my bank account with my permission. I'm unable to cancel my subscription as it won't let me. Be very careful if looking for a loan.
Saver City is a scam
I don't know how I ended up with a subscription to SaverCity, but I most certainly didn't want one. Once I noticed a charge of £29.95 on my bank statement I immediately went to their website to cancel. It does say on their site that a full refund will be issued if you are within your cooling off period. Unfortunately, when I went to cancel the subscription, I kept getting a generic error message that just read "unable to cancel account".
Having had no luck after a few attempts, I called SaverCity who informed me that their system was down, but should be up and running again in a couple of hours. I was immediately sceptical of this response (I'm an IT consultant by trade) but gave them the benefit of the doubt, and tried to cancel online again the next day. Still, I was unable to cancel. As of yet I have not been able to cancel the subscription and it's been 3 days.
In short, Saver City is a scam, and if you find yourself caught up in it, do contact them as quickly as possible as you only have a few days in which they are obliged to refund your money.

Scam Artists
Scam artists, stole money from my elderly mother's account for several months, despite the fact she never registered nor had an email address to subscribe in the frist place. Then claimed they can't cancel of refund her as they don't have an email address for her (funny that...)
Don't bother ringing them, call your bank, and tell them the money was fraudulently taken from your account. (also block further transactions) it's the only way to get your money back sadly.
These horrid sacks of human waste are a cancer on society.
EDIT: She never took out a loan, aparantly it was from an item my mother bought from a shopping channel on Sky.

Watch out anyone if you search for a loan you will get charged a fee and then later on ypu will have £29 taken out of your bank few days time and will come up with this company on your bank statement.
You call them they say they cancelled the subscription whilst on phone and say they have nothing to do with the loan company that they make out is the ones you joined of which that company does not say u will have £29.95 taken from your account.
Disgusting and no repayment given back
So everyone stay away from getting a loan
debiting money without permission
took out a small loan and saw this company had taken £29.95 out of my account the same day as the loan went in. i tried to email and cancel within the 14 day period for a full refund to be informed they didnt recognise my email and to contact them by phone. i did this and spoke to someone who said my account didn't exist and they couldn't cancel it??he then informed me to email them and explain i had been charged and they would check my card details and give a refund and close the account. i have emailed and no one has contacted me and the 14 days are counting down. loan companies should made accountable and should not be allowed to pass on information to these companies for them to debit my account without my permission.
THIS IS NOTHING SHORT OF THEFT - SCAMMERS/CONNERS
I am only giving a Star to enable me to leave a review.
SHOCKING SCAMMERS ignored since initial request to cancel I never agreed to sign up in the first place so during the whole journey to date they have taken 3 x £29.99 from our account - I request a link to close account and follow instructions and always get an error message unable to cancel account - I contacted immediately and was told ‘you have received the deactivation link already’ it never works and £29.99 is STOLEN YET AGAIN!!!!! I am looking at escalating this if my stolen monies aren’t refunded immediately!
my account was stolen on Friday
