You shouldn’t even have 1 star. Shame on you for scamming my 94 year old Mum. There is no way she signed up for a subscription - this has a direct link to a purchase she made from Vytaliving.

Only leaving 1 start to leave a review but it looks like I am not the only one who has had issues they are also a company a scoreperfect very similar numbers both took a payment of £29.95 from my account apparently i signed up for a loan and agreed to sign up with them both - they didn't have my correct email address but one very similar. When i looked both operate from the same address, wouldn't put me through to a manager and will not issue a refund as i am outside the cooling off period

Day Light Robbery

They have illegally taken money 29.95 from my account and when calling was told the money returned and to watch my account - well that has not happened so I have spoked the the offices this morning and was dealt with by a VERY RUDE girl called Millie who simply told me to keep quiet as she was talking and then advised I had to wait 3-5 days (something the guys on Saturday could have told me) an that if I wanted to take them to court then please do so as they have voided my transaction - UNBELIEVEABLE customer service .. so rude and this has to be the biggest CON - companies like this should be sent to jail-

BWT-TECH overdue accounts confirmation…

BWT-TECH overdue accounts confirmation according to Companies House.

Yup ..they took £29.95 I knew nothing about..
The poor call handlers seem ready to receive one call type only and thats people unhappy and who want money back and to cancel.
Anything other than this type of call and they don't know how to handle it. What business is unable to handle a simple enquiry of "How can I join" or "Can you give an example and recommend one of the best current discounts I will get?" I tested that theory and the person taking that enquiry was well and truly stumped! My hypothesis is the phones are simply manned to push back on people asking for their money back where they had also been effectively conned.

Trading Standards have clear guidelines on how it must be clearly explicit to be subscribed to something and not some 'clamped on underneath' thing.
