Beautiful knife and surprisingly light weight.

This is my 2nd order they are the best knives I have used!! The blade sharpness and the ergonomic fit are excellent.

In the New Year received my 5 custom made knives together with carving fork and honing steel all with English Yew contoured handles. 3/4 months later I still get that wonderful feeling of joy when using them. They are beautifully balanced and razor sharp. Thank you Laurie and your team!

I believe that what sets a company apart is when things go wrong. Savernake knives argruably make good knives but the customer service is the most ignorant and arrogant i have ever dealt with. No confirmation of receipt of complaint in fact no communication at all. I had to do all the progressing and chasing to get a result. Lies about delivery of replacement parts. Eg the parts were returned because they didnt arrive.?? Promises of a refund over a 8 week period that didnt materialise. Surprise when i reminded them of my refund and a promise it would be paid immediately. 2 weeks passed and still no refund. Applied to small claims court. Claim was admitted in full and an immediate refund promised. They took payment up to the last minute before paying. They are the most ignorant arrogant couldnt care less company to deal with. They are ok when things are going well but you will definitely regret dealing with them if it goes wrong. I have a selection of their knives and wanted to purchase more but will absolutely be using another manufacturerer. They are dreadful. Never to be used again.

Fantastic communication & the product is superb

I bought a DNA NC12 Utility Knife (the pre-made range) as a present and was sorely tempted to keep it for myself! Superb quality general purpose kitchen knife, beautiful balance in the hand, and it looks great. Delivered promptly. Its clear that this company really cares about their customers and the quality of their products. Well worth the price.

Beautifully made knives that retain sharpness well and are a pleasure to use

This was a gift for my son and he was delighted, especially by his initials on the blade! He loves the balance of the knife, the comfort of the grip and last but not least, the sharpness. He is a very happy man!
