Con artists and impossible to cancel they don't reply to emails or ever answer then phone taken money out my bank and cannot cancel 🙈

I have sent this company my cancellation and still they think it is acceptable to take £29.95 from my account and at this time of year as well despicable

my account has been accessed by savingswizard without my permission and took £29.95 and im fuming and need this money back as its essential for food !!!!!!!!

I have been non stop trying to contact this company about cancelling this subscription! Taking money out of my bank without being approved by myself. They don’t reply to emails!! I want my money back ASAP!! Stop taking money from my account!!

Absolute scammers have taken money out of my bank 2months in a row does not reply to any emails I have not given you permission to take any money out my account and I want it back ASAP!!!

They are scum people they take money out from my bank account with out my authority

Searching for a loan on internet never set anything up but this company has taken £29.95 out of my bank today after numerous emails and phone calls and not replying to either

Same here, total scammers. Cancel your card with bank and open a fraud case.

Same Story as everyone else only my bank TSB said it was my fault , beware this was three weeks ago , today another company Sockable have set up a DD for £9.99 which wasnt authorised , no doubt linked to these fraudsters ,I too done an online search for a short term loan

update got the £9.99 refunded by bank.

SCAMMERS BEWARE !!!!!! Applied online for loan never gave any details to this company and next day 12p charge and then£29.99 charge !!! Never even signed up to any of this so please be aware of this company !!! When you email or ring no replies so AVOID at all costs scam

I have never signed up for an account with any of these companies yet I am being charged for something I neither want nor agreed to. I have no idea what these companies sell or how they got my personal details The names and debit amounts from the companies are as follows...

On the 08/08/21 identity defender attempted to debit my bank account to the amount of £29.99. This transaction was unsuccessful as I have put a freeze on my bank account and card preventing any further debits from my account until this matter Is resolved.

These companies appear to be either linked or the same company using multiple names.

I was looking at loans this company the next daay took 29.95 from my account no contact with them by phone at all and emails are not answered having to get my bank involved they are con artists

Looking at loans and this company has taken £29.95 out of my bank that i didnt authorise,sent several emails and the customer service number doesn’t work,i have now had to raise a dispute with my bank.

They got my details from another site I was using. I never subscribed and never would.
I tried to cancel using their method as well as emailing but all I get is an error message. I have phoned a dozen times and line is constantly busy. This is obviously deliberate.
I am £29.95 out of pocket and don’t expect to get it back. This vile company should be investigated.

This company took money out of my bank account after I applied for on line loan I never subscribed to them but they got hold of my bank details and too £29-95 out of my account have sent them numerous emails no response tried phoning just engaged tone then goes dead. Absolute scum company who prey on people who try for loans online always read the small print people it's now in the hands of my bank but not hopeful of getting my money back.
