The boiler fitters from this company…
The boiler fitters from this company were great. Polite and considerate. They fitted by vaillant combi boiler in Dec 2020. Unfortunately they did not fit a shock arrestor(which is required for this boiler) which had caused a problem when the water company turned the supply off to do some work and when they turned it on again, it caused air pockets in the boiler system, so legally it needs a shock absorber. The worst problem is getting in touch with the company saviour energy solutions, who apparently are supposed to be doing a lot of their work for government funding energy efficient jobs in ko houses. They never answer their phones and never get back to me, when I leave my number. I rang them today and again no answer, just a voice message to leave your details. 28/02/2024
