I was mislead with the amount of £700 which i had to pay in advance & was told it was due to scaffolding which is totally lie & incorrect as the company is getting grants from the government & i still have to pay due to other work related according to them which is 100% LIE & INCORRECT. Otherwise they will not start the work.
Scaffolding was put up on 15th May 2023!
Now when the work has started back in mid June 2023 only 2 workers came to my property to do the house work which was very ridiculous & strange. After a week so only 1 worker started to show up for weeks. Another problem was the language barrier,

I had to chase the workers & the people who are responsible, managers etc for the work at my property which is not acceptable at all. after several call to the manager who is known to be called as Bashir does not even responds properly at all!

I have also emailed even then it was not possible to get on hold of them. it looked like i am the manager & had to chase all my workers. Even the the work was completed still had a lot of important parts of the property work remaining. would not happened until the company was contacted via email from the Council which then worked out quite well. Otherwise there was no sign of them at all. Betraying the trust is the worst a person & especially a company the likes of can do which is unacceptable in a manner.

I & my family was very frustrated by their actions & how they have dealt with their work issue, very unprofessional.
I hope the company learns from all their shortcomings & learn more to be trustworthy for future!

these people lie and damage your property. do not contact these unprofessional. always lie and when you call them they actually hang up on you, they promised to complete the job which they never did. they lie and ask for cash money to do the job even though the government gives them the money. biggest crooks i wish i never contacted this crooks in my life. racist builders who spout abusive and language at you. im from birmingham
