If you had to go through what we did, you would shut the door on these people if they ever knocked on your door.

This company has been incredibly unprofessional, disorganised and outright rude in all of our dealings with them.

We wanted to get our house insulated and we were approached by this company around April. They put up scaffolding and then disappeared for months, and then rarely replied to calls or texts, unless it was for something they needed.

When they did eventually start work, it was completely disorganised and incredibly slow. Wrong materials would be delivered and mistakes were made everywhere, which slowed the whole process down to a crawl. So, work that should have lasted a week or two lasted MONTHS. In the time it's taken for us to have our work done, dozens of other houses in our area have had their scaffolding put up, work done, and scaffolding taken down again. Meanwhile, our house has been covered in dust and grime for months and months, with scaffolding up that's blocked the light into our rooms.

As I'm writing this, we STILL have scaffolding up, even though our work was completed weeks ago? It doesn't matter how many times you call or text them, they'll either ignore you or give you a hurried lie and then disappear again.

These are the most unprofessional people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would tell them that to their face but apparently it's impossible to get a hold of them. Our Luton surveyors were in a hurry to take our money and signatures, and then very difficult to get a hold of after that. If you hear these names, run away. Also, they took £300 off us, whilst other families in our area have not had to pay a penny under the grant, so I'm not sure if we've been scammed or not there. Ultimately, it's not even worth finding out because I just don't want to deal with these vile people ever again.

Keep away from them. Trust me, there are better companies out there.

My experience was Great. Very professional kind and Hardworking. Very quick work so it wouldn't be a inconvenience to me and my children. Very Safe to be Around as well so I'm very Happy with your service.

Gave faulty equipment. Installed my boiler thermostat on 10 May 2023 and only been 2 months my boiler not working because of thermostat 😡 rubbish service
