I had a phone call with a representative who was difficult to understand, and during the call she was laughing and talking with people in the background while discussing my credit history. It felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I’ll be reporting this directly, but I’d strongly advise others to be cautious. Don’t rely on the overly positive reviews. my experience was completely different.

Time waster
Time waster. Provisionally approved my loan and asked to ring them. When I rang them, Questions hundreds of questions and it was going an hour on the call and I finally had to disconnect the call as the call was never ending. Never seen such a worst. Waste of time
