I had an issue with a payment for a recent order for my business for roughly £75. Through fault of my own I've managed to pay twice. A quick phone call with support, they have managed to identify the... See more

We've used Saxoprint before, and generally quality and service are very good - pricing, too. When quoting one of these jobs - for format 'DL small' folded leaflets - the website didn't work properly,... See more

We have been using Saxoprint for many years now. They are, quite simply, the best. Very low cost, lightning turnaround, superb customer service. Brilliant. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Generally great service

Generally great service. Sometimes the product quality is lower than expected (e.g. I ordered glued notepads and 10% arrived broken) but they usually provide a part-refund. The only genuinely bad experience I had was finding out that the standard delivery is not a guaranteed delivery date - materials arrived late and there was no compensation.

zero communication. they don't seem to care about customers

update: i checked again today, and it showed "awaiting artwork" again. 6th time now uploading the artwork. zero communication from saxoprint!
-----
original:
i've uploaded artwork 4 times for the same job, and it shows "production in progress", and nothing turns up in the post. i check on the job a few days later, and it shows it's awaiting artwork again. i've emailed them 3 times. no response. they've been sitting on my money for 3 months now, and they don't even have the decency to reply by email or call me to tell me why they're not printing the job.

Great value but don't bother with EXPRESS printing

I've been using SAXOPRINT for some years now primarily for preprinted envelopes, letterheaded paper and business cards. Their prices are low and the print quality is generally good with one caveat.

DO NOT order anything with express delivery. Every time we have paid for express, the quality of print has been terrible. It's as if SAXOPRINT are using a photocopier to bang out the printing on time. It's misaligned, with footer text chopped off and faded colours. The first few sheets are usable if you can accept faded colours, but as you progress down the box of paper, the print becomes more and more misaligned to the point that 5mm was being chopped off the bottom by the time you reached the end of the box.

When I was made aware of the awful quality of the express jobs, we stopped ordering them. I raised the quality issue with SAXOPRINT but they quoted their terms and conditions at me. As I had not raised an issue within 14 days of receipt they would not consider anything I had said.

I've not had any problems with their standard printing service, however.

Excellent, reliable and fast service. Great quality flyers.
Have been using Saxoprint since 2008. Never in the past 11 years had any problem with them. They deliver what they promise and often more.

Business quality so far

Issues, but nothing major

Quality and communication are fine. Only issues are that they're often late despite having paid extra, and the quantities don't quite add up - always a few short. However, as they're good value we tend to over-order now.
