Absolutely love this teddy bear sent by Say it with bears. My bff sent it to me with a cute little jumper with a special message thank you so so much

Bear is amazing quality, came really quickly and is a fab gift, so worth the money to make it a personalised teddy. Currently thinking who will be getting one next as such a great gift idea.

I placed an order for next day delivery on Saturday 29th August. I paid the 5.99 fee for the next day. Received despatch information today that it will be delivered tomorrow making it four days for delivery. My mother has now recovered and has still to receive her bear. I believe the delivery information was stated in the website... not very clear at all. I emailed customer services and was advised that I needed to read the delivery guidance more clearly, it should be more clear as the invoice stated the date of order and with the delivery date as , next day pre 2PM. They refused to reduce my shipping fees to a standard price and still charged me for a service that I did not receive. I thought I’d like this site but I’m already deterred.

Bears are amazing quality, come really fast and are so worth the money. Currently questioning if I should have ever got build a bears when these bears are so much better and worth the money.

My husband ordered a warmies microwave puppy for my son. We loved the personalisation and the service was fantastic. We ended up ordering another 3 bears! We would definitely buy from Say it with bears again.

Bought a personalised baby blanket for my nephew. Great product, very soft he likes to snuggle up to it when having his bottle before bed.
Friendly, quick and attention to detail service. Would highly recommend!!

Brought a bunny with a personalised jumper, the bunny itself is a jellycat one can’t fault it, lovely so soft and my baby loves cuddling it! However the jumper looks so tatty it’s fraying at both sides ,i think it’s around £8 extra too I really wouldn’t of bothered with it if I would of known!

Ordered a bear, arrived very quickly however there was a spelling mistake. Contacted them and they organised a replacement which was sent quickly.... This one didn't have the full request for stitching on. Contacted again but no reply. Had to make do with what I had as it was to be given the someone which was said in every email I sent.

Update.. They contacted me via email after my initial review at half 9 at night. A quote from their email "As we were closed over the weekend I have just picked this up". This was from the email sent to me at half 9 on a Monday night.. They had been open all day, but hadn't responded till after the review because and again I quote "I had missed the email that came in over the weekend". Which one was it..... Just picked it up or missed it or because I had put the review up they replied🤔. I did get an offer of another top but I had to send the bear with the one with some stitching missing at an extra cost to myself because I had waited to long for their response.

Don’t usually write reviews but HAD to write one for Say It With Bears! Absolutely incredible service. Bought a personalised bear for my friend and she is delighted with it. Quality is top notch and it arrived very quickly. Couldn’t be happier. If you are reading reviews before purchasing, do not hesitate! Best service you could possibly wish to receive.

Received a beautiful Peter Rabbit with an engraved tag around his neck and was delighted with the quality and service. Peter came in a lovely drawstring bag with a gift card and birth certificate and as I will be giving Peter as a present I am in no doubt that the recipient will be just as delighted as I am.

I have just sent a lovely bear from these people to a very dear friend of mine for her 18th birthday and she really loved and said it was so very cute. I am also going to order another one for a very dear friend whose birthday it will be on 10th September, this will be the fourth one I have ordered from Say it with Bears.
They are really lovely bears and I think anyone would love to receive a bear at sometime or another. Delivery was on time and staff are very polite and helpful whenever you speak to them on the phone.

Our school gives our Year 6 Leavers personalised bears for them to keep for ever to remind them of their time at primary school. Say It With Bears writes the children's name and the value that they most represent on each bear and we present the beautifully made bears to the children in their Final Leavers Assembly. The children absolutely love them, as they are of very high quality, wearing a personalised school jumper with our school logo. The bears are a meaningful gift for the children, serving as a reminder of happy days when they were little! We also have another bear "Coco Cuddles" (named by the children), who goes on holiday with the children and brings back stories and photos of his adventures - he has even been to Stone Henge! We have been very impressed by the excellent quality of the product and the very reliable service. We will definitely continue to use them in the future, as we have not found anything that "says it" quite so perfectly and memorably for our children!

We needed a bear for a social media campaign we were running and we found Say it with Bears. In less than a week from initial contact we received personalised bears which are also excellent quality. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Just wanted to say thanks to Chris at "Say it with Bears" for the fantastic service he's provided. He sent pictures of the bears with their embroidered jumpers so i could see them before buying, and they arrived within 2 days, beautifully gift wrapped with birth certificates and gift cards.
I hope my bridesmaids will be as pleased with their bear as i was with mine at Christmas.

Discovered Say it with Bears after my cousin gave our daughter a beautiful Jelly Cat lamb with a personalised jumper, the quality was superb & is Grace's favourite cuddly toy & she has quite a few!
I ordered a jumper for a rabbit I'd bought for my friend's newborn son & she was beyond delighted with the gift & said it was the best baby gift she's received! The service I received from Say it with Bears was exceptional - lots of helpful advice & great value. The jumper arrived in 2 days & I've just ordered another jumper for my friend's other son as I know he will be so jealous.
Don't usually write reviews but this company really deserves it - order your bear & jumper & you won't be disappointed!

The Me2You Mug and bear came beautifully presented and was the perfect gift for my sister-in-law's birthday. It was the second time I have ordered, the first being a gorgeous teddy personalised with my nephews name for his Christening and a ribbon with the date printed on it. Both arrived very quickly. I will definately be ordering again!

I thought their service was very efficient and such a choice. My great niece was thrilled with hers especially as it had her name on the little sweater, we even had a choice of colour for the sweater! I shall certainly buy from them again.
