I have had hundreds of pounds stolen from me over several years from this company. Even though I blocked them they still took £20 per month, every month. I never signed up for notifications or messages. Their terms should be much more transparent than they are and getting in touch with them is almost impossible. When I did speak to an employee they were disgracefully rude and had no compassion at all that a woman with a young family had lost hundreds of pounds due to this company.

Looks like I am another person that was not aware that £5;99p would be taken every week from there bank account !! big thank you to PayPal for bringing this to my attention. This requires the customer to enter their email address and password into their PayPal account. It then requires the customer to select to accept the cost of the service and then confirm their subscription to start. Ive also been scammed by this so called trusted company. I have never heard of them and its feb 24, 2024 and have been charged 8.99 canadian a week since dec 21, 2023. Apparently I did this at 6am. Sure I did. I never got notification that this was happening until today. I opened my email and there it was at the top.. my bank only gives notifications @ $10.00 or more. No wonder I wasnt getting alerts.
Will now be checking account every couple of days
Important lesson. Never ever link your bank account to paypal.
