We are a small farm and made a plan with Bill Sawicki. Our landlord has raised the rent from 10k to 22.5k ( I swear) we knew we needed to leave, found a great spot but needed money to cover the expansion and the increase in rent. Bill told us we could immediately get a 100k loan then after 90 days refinance with another product of theirs a Growth Term Loan or GTL. We agreed to the 100k and immediately started applying for SBA and GTL. We were rejected from everything due to the debt service from the first loan. So basically Bill scammed us for the first loan with the idea for the second. We are a good little farm and Bill and this horrible business are just taking advantage of people. A perfect example of people who already have enough taking more and more. STAY AWAY
