Grinder has worked well since I bought it. Today it will not start. Fuse is OK, grinder hopper replaced OK, burr etc in place, but no start. Used no more than100 or so cycles. Cleaned out each time, never left grinding with no beans. Expected life many times more 100 cycles regardless of the one year warranty. Is this just Chinese junk?
I bought a coffee grinding machine which is working well i have no complaints with the purchase. My problem is when it comes to registering the product the only option on the website is to enter your Amazon order number, i bought mine brand new from an ebay shop so wasnt able to register for the guarantee, sent an email to the customer support to enquire if i could register or if the guarantee is only offered to Amazon purchases, no reply, so the two stars is for the poor customer service.
