Reply to your last Emai! Would not use this company again!
Ref to your last email, if you LOOK CLOSER, I told you i tried to email you few times or more after my order to Cancel it, you did not reply because you knew it was going to be sent and done nothing about!!! As regards to your issue with PayPal I was advised by them to just not accept it, you also mentioned it could take up to 3 be weeks to get a refund by Royal Mail!! I've sent parcels back to China and refunded in 7 days, you just ignored my emails until it could no longer be stopped!! That's what you did!! Now if you can not take criticism as well as the good it's time to get out Mr attitude! End of!!!!!

We can confirm your order was received on Sat 24th Sept and dispatched on Mon 26th Sept as we do not have a collection on the weekend. As you selected our standard delivery service “Royal Mail 48”, your order was due to be delivered from Weds 28th Sept onwards however due to the Royal Mail industrial action this week, it would appear your parcel has been delayed in being delivered and apologies for this inconvenience caused by the Royal Mail.
