Couple months ago i ordered an exhaust to their website and it arrived on time,sound incredible! They sort everything even asking how to remove db killer. They send many stickers aswell to me from Italy to UK. Was totally happy with my Purchase from them. Highly reccomended. Quality of product is totally great! Looking forward to order again.Be careful to order fake exhaust as the genuine product you can find only to their website!

Ordered an exhaust through. Authorised dealer was told 5/10 days still waiting been put back another 2 weeks the cost of these exhausts you expect first class Service not a chance with these people disgusting I’d recommend getting a different brand I’ve emailed them not interested shame on them

Terrible costumer care, exhausts are way overpriced and the quality isn’t that great. Some parts get rusty fairly easy. Leo Vinci has better quality products and far cheaper.

Shit communication. The delivery time was 4 - 6 weeks, it’s been 8 weeks and nothing.

Weeks ago, I ordered an exhaust from SC Project for my duke 890, which was supposed to be delivered within 5 to 20 business days. As of now, the estimated delivery time has stretched to over 50 business days — and still no delivery. Every time I reach out, I get the same response: “please be patient, we’re doing our best.” Meanwhile, the website continues to display the original delivery estimate, which is simply incorrect.

SC Project has ignored my feedback about the claimed delivery time on the site and refuses to update the information. I still hope the exhaust will arrive eventually, but at the very least: be prepared to wait. Definitely not a premium experience.

Ordered an exhaust start of August and was told 5-20 working days, received no confirmation email after the order so had to chase them up. Was told to expect the exhaust middle of September so I waited and then chased them up again to be told to wait until middle of October and now I have chased them again only to be told middle of November now.

Poor communication, they never email you and you have to constantly email them for updates otherwise they will forget about you. Poor service will never buy or recommend them

Op 19 juli 2025 bestelde ik mijn uitlaat voor Truimph Tiger 800. Dzar werd vermeld dat de productietijd 4 weken (20 werkdagen) is.

Op 28 juli 2025 mailde ik of er al nieuws was. Dit was wat ik als antwoord kreeg:

Dear Karel, thanks for your email

Standard production time could take till 20 working days (4 weeks) as stated on the specific page of the item on our online shop.

We foresee to complete the production by mid-August but rest assured we are doing everything within our possibility to get it completed and shipped to you as soon as possible.

Once ready we'll proceed with immediate shipment sending you the tracking number of the courier via e-mail.

Op 23 augustus stuurde ik opnieuw een mail nadat ik nog niets ontvangen had en kreeg als antwoord:

Dear Karel,

Production for article T06A-H02C normally requires 4 weeks (20 working days) to be completed but due to high number of requests received is planned to be shipped indicatively for middle September.

Rest assured we do our best to complete the production and ship as soon as possible, we apologise for the delay. Every member of the staff is working hard to minimise the waiting time and we want to ensure the maximum efforts in the production.

Once ready and shipped you will be notified via e-mail with relative FedEx tracking number.

We zijn nu 14 september en ik stuurde gisteren een mail. Ik ben benieuwd naar het antwoord of het weer een standaard mail zal zijn dat nog eens met een maand opgeschoven is.

Ik ben hier niet tevreden over. Zijn er hier mensen die al verdere stappen ondernomen hebben?

We have checked with the production department again. The influx of requests for our products has been very high, higher than expected and production is currently very busy, especially for products like yours that keep on being highly requested.

As a result, the manufacturing deadline for this batch has been rescheduled, and we currently expect to ship your order for middle October. We sincerely regret this information and apologize for this umpteenth delay.

However, we want to assure you that the entire SC-Project team is doing its best to anticipate the delay we just communicated to you.

Sent an enquiry to SC Oceania about replacing the disgusting OEM exhaust on my Ducati 659. I had Matthew call me back the next day, who was clearly knowledgable about his products and mechanics in general. He answered everything on the spot, with no attempts to upsell anything. Got the conical exhaust and I could not be happier with it. Looks and sounds absolutely gorgeous. It’s a deeper sound without being too obnoxious and the pops are music to my ears. Thanks Matthew!

SC-PROJECT has sent the cancelled order, I reached out to them, so I can return the unwanted item.
I was landed with £69.50 in customs and administration fees. They told me not to pay the Customs fees (which is illegal) and not pay the administration fees (which would cause me a cival dispute).
They say the fees dont go to them, so they wont pay them and i should try claim them back.

I will not give them the exhaust back until the pay the costs they have caused me.

SC-PROJECT want the exhaust back, but refused to refund the money they cost me.

Ordered an exhaust for a Kawasaki, 750 2008. On the 6th June 2025, website said 5 to 20 days.
They said that it would not be less than 20, on an email and the exhaust wasn't due to be shipped till first week in July.

Around 9th/ 10th July, still was left in the dark. I contacted them, to be fair they did reply quick.
Saying they have been taking large numbers of orders and they cannot fulfill alot them, so wouldnt deal with my order till mid August- looked like i wouldnt receive before September.

I cancelled and was given a full refund. Was a disappointment 6 weeks no exhaust and they wanted to push it back to 12 to 14 weeks from original 5 to 20 days.

On May 22, 2025, we ordered an exhaust system from SC-Project, which was shipped to the Netherlands via FedEx. Unfortunately, it never arrived—presumably stolen by the FedEx delivery driver. What followed was a years-long ordeal.
SC-Project immediately placed the blame on us and treated us disrespectfully, as if we were lying. They only began to take us seriously after we filed a fraud report against them—because they had our money but never delivered the product. Filing a standard theft report wasn’t possible, since we never received the package.
After countless emails (with increasingly delayed responses) and numerous phone calls where we only reached staff who barely spoke English, we were finally promised a replacement exhaust. And today, July 9, 2025, it finally arrived.
SC-Project failed in communication and customer care. One star is too generous.

Great Service, had a problem with the payment but it was resolved super fast

After 40+ days of waiting, I don't have a tracking number. The exhaust (of tuareg 660) is under producation. The site says 5-20 days. The 5 days, as you can see, is a joke.

I had a query about one of their products and they responded the next day. I decided to go ahead buy the item direct from SC, rather than through a UK distributor and I'm so glad that I did: superfast dispatch and delivery, tracking updates at every stage AND, the best bit, it was loads cheaper than any of the UK based companies. My order arrived well packaged and in perfect condition and it'll be great on the 'bike.

Bought the SC1-S exhaust for my 2021 ZX6R and it sounds almost exactly the same as stock. DB killer I believe is not possible to remove without drilling or chipping away at welding. Materials and build is very high quality although, and came very fast in Oceania. Not worth the money in the slightest, would not recommend. Looked up their refund policy and it is unforgiving. If your set on sc project get the CRT version - I thought it would be too loud but this one is as unimpressive as stock.

Ordered a exhaust Kawasaki z750 2004 on sunday and delivered on wednesday.
Highly recommended fast shipping great product.

The company doesn't have a dynochart for my bike. The exhaust came with a scratch on the carbonfiber end cap and they didn't change the exhaust because they told me that is a minor thing.

Purchased the black exhaust last year. Black is coming off at the headers. Find the quality quite poor for such a price.

Have just put 3000km on it and the bike has always been inside.

Did a lot of research on aftermarket exhaust systems for my motorcycle before finally landing on SC Project at the top of my list. I ordered a system via their website in late May. The website didn't state anything about items on back order just standard delivery times for goods. After a week and receiving no updates on the shipment, I contacted their customer services email to be told it was a 3 week wait to be manufactured. Perfectly fine by me but would have preferred to be told that up front. Fast forward another 3 weeks, I contact them again to request an update to be told there is further delay and it is not scheduled to be manufactured until late the next week. I reach out to them again this week to see what is going on. Have just been told it is due to ship but I have no shipping confirmation.

I'm not confident I will receive my exhaust anytime soon if at all. The response time from their email support is super fast so unsure why they couldn't have communicated delays to me without me having to continuously chase them. Seems this is a common theme reading reviews here.

Exhaust shipped on the 03 July and arrived today 04 July. The quality of this exhaust is absolutely awesome. Updated review to 4 starts based on quality alone. The customer service experience and communication was far from ideal but if you are prepared to wait, they are worth getting.
