For me good service is also about how businesses deal with things when you have a problem. One of the items I ordered had a missing part, but the box was unopened. One quick phone call and a replacement part was one it's way to me within 24 hours.

Prompt and customer focused
They discovered that the model I had ordered wasn't actually in stock do sent me s polite courtesy email to explain and ask if I wanted to carry on with the order or wait a few days. Chose to wait and the model arrived promptly thereafter, neatly packaged. Very good service and clearly customer focused.
