A great range of products with a user friendly website, easy ordering and amazing delivery times in my experience, all items arrived as ordered and faster than expected.

I have made three separate purchases…
I have made three separate purchases from this company on line and on each occasion the items have arrived in the time specified and very well packaged. One time I had difficulty with a technicality whilst making a purchase so I made a telephone call which was immediately answered and things were politely sorted out. I have no hesitation in recommending this company

Excellent in all respects. Das Werk U-9 is an unexpected release that has by now had numerous rave reviews. A great product, wonderfully presented. The first release special 100 page book is amazing. This boat is truly a work of love by all involved.

I tried to combine 2 orders I made…
I tried to combine 2 orders I made within 10 mins of each other only to be told the 1st one had been sent that morning. I made the orders in the afternoon. It was entirely my fault but I had no offer of assistance at all. The products were top notch as usual but I paid 2 lots of postage and both items arrived together!

Thank you for review, if an order has already been packed and despatch we are not able to combine them, as they have usually been put in mail bags ready to be collected, as you said in your email, "you are super efficient" and we do try to be, we don't always check our emails through the day, if you had called we would have probably been able to help you further,

your automailer is terrible and discourages reviews cause im so busy yet you want to send me 5 mails.
Sort your Mailer; people dont want 5 emails telling them to review your site; its a bit obtuse and pointless when everyone is busy at this point in time.
