After I left a review on Trust Pilot, you finally contacted me in writing at the email address I provided. Unfortunately, I am still no clearer than before.
As I have not received an order number and your registration system requires this, I am still unable to return my order. I also received no reply to my email to hola(at)sclaperscompany.com after I repeatedly described this problem.
As I don't want to give out my complete address as well as my e-mail address so that the order can be allocated and you can send me an order number so that I can register the order, I urge you to send me an order number by e-mail. If you need more information, please contact me!

I bought a pair of shoes during a vacation in Malaga.
Eight weeks later those shoes were falling apart. And I didn't wear them daily or did a lot of mileage with them.
Extremely poor quality!!!
I contacted Scalpers and they asked me to return to the shop to get a refund. Sorry, I live in Germany. After several Emails they finally agreed to send a return label, to take the shoes back and to give me a voucher for their online shop. I relaunched several time to send me the label or to tell me the address where to send the shoes - silence - no more response!
Extremely bad after sales service!
Stay away from their products, they look nice but you may get very frustrated with the stuff from Scalpers.

Product quality materials is the worst I ever seen. Considering the price you pay for shoes. I strongly recommend not to buy or use this brand. 2 bad experiences and no response from customer service.

Posting here helped: I received a label and return was made possible and my order has just been refunded. Still, return should be made easy and customers shouldn't have to involve third parties to pratice their right. thank you trustpilot, thanks scalpers in the end.

I've reviewed my rating. from 1 to 4 only because I've got my items and they are very good.
Bougth 2 shirts on August 9, didn't receive any updatge for 15 days. stated delivery date from 2 to 3 days.
tried to contact customer care several times without sucess they claiom to contact from 24 hours to 72 hours.
On the 26 of August finaly I've received a contact from custumer care, and the items were shiped. receive them on the 27.
Shirts fit well and are of good material.
Don't believe that my problems were unique, they should improve their ecommerce customer support

Estou tentando de tudo para perceber o que aconteceu com uma encomenda que realizei no site da Scalpers e que seria entregue pela empresa sending.
Estou a mais de 20 dias aguardando a encomenda... E hoje vi que ela foi dada como entregue sem eu ter recebido, estava o dia inteiro na morada.

I'm trying my best to figure out what happened to an order I placed on the Scalpers website and which was to be delivered by the sending company.
I've been waiting for the package for over 20 days... And today I saw that it was reported as delivered without me having received it, it was at the address all day.

Beware of fraud!
I have not received a return label to date. I have already tried to contact the company by email or phone. I have already filled out the return form 5 times. No success. Do not order here under any circumstances!

This is an example of a regional company without infrastructure buying internationally.

Be aware that shipping back an order for a return is payed by yourself and can be very expensive when shipping is all the way to spain. I bought a couple of suits from their own webpage and on Zalando, and found the quality to be generally poor. On Zalando I could return for free, but the item bought on the scalpers webshop was very expensive to return.

Paypal refunded, after I opened a case. Luckyly I had the buyers protection. After they did not react on any contact trys I send the retoure back on my own cost to spain. They did not react or refund in any way on this too, so i started a paypal-case.

I have been chasing customer services for 2 weeks now to send the postage label for my return, they do not answer, even messaged on Instagram also no answer! I see other customers on Instagram also commenting about issues… this company is not serious and seem to have no one working in customer services!! No return possible?!!
I ordered a pair of pants with a matching vest. Immediately after ordering, the pants were cancelled since they were out of stock.
When the vest arrived, I immediately filled in the return form and send it via post to the provided address (note: you have to pay the postage costs yourself which was 20 Euros for me).
Now, according to tracking the package is being returned to sender since it couldnt reach anyone (I used the address provided by THEM!!)
So after two months I have not received a refund, I have paid additional shipping, and all of that for an order that already arrived with me incomplete!
I have been trying to get in touch with their customer service via mail, phone and instagram - no success. What a sad way to rob a student off of money.

Burgundy shirt with very poor color fastness to wash. Color comes out every time after every wash. A brand as scalpers intends to be shouldn’t sell shirts with such bad color fastness to washing. It’s not my first time with burgundy shirts form scalpers. First one had to be thrown away because it ruined other clothes 2 times and color kept coming out every time .

I had an issue with a shirt that I bought on a vacation in a different country (shirt ripped after one wash even though I carefully followed washing instructions). I wrote to the Scalpers service team and they promptly helped me and refunded the purchase. I was very happy especially as this is not their standard solution (which would have been a return of the item at the point of purchase). It’s rare that retailers provide support like this and also so fast (and friendly as well). Very impressed.

I’ve placed an order on de 17th of June and after not hearing anything for weeks such ans updates on my order I contacted customer service on the 25th. I still have not received any reply nor an update on my order. I’ve also tried to call customer service but after more than 30 minutes waiting I hung up. Terrible customer service and im starting to think my 300 euro’s, which I took a long time saving, will be gone. I’m not only angry but also very sad about this.
I registered the return for my order T8P5967 and was told to contact you via mail for the return process.
No one got back to me.
Please send me the return label!!!

Wenn man kein Retourenlabel erhält, dann bleibt man hier auf den Rücksendekosten sitzen und bestellt eben nicht mehr hier.
Update:
Even though Scalpers promised to send me a return label, they failed to do so. I only received an E-Mail explaining to me the return process, something I already did a week ago on their web panel.
Now I will send back the package on my own cost and Scalpers will loose a loyal costumer.
