If it werent for the fact ive seen their physical shops I would think this company is straight away a scam. If youre wondering whether you should buy something from them: don't. It will never come.
Ordered two items on Dec 12th 2024, still nothing. The status on the courier never changed from "the parcel has not been handed over by the store". The customer service also knows nothing and their replies are the default "we are processing your request". Save your money and your time, try to find their items in other shopping platforms.
I am so disappointed on how this company operates in Germany. I like Scalpers so much from Spain. I ordered to Germany, unfortunately it did not fit so I ordered a new size and requested a return. You need to write then extra after creating the return to create a label. I wrote the support now sind 15.12.24 ... so at this point over 1,5 month to request a return label and I do not receive any. And I reminded them now over 5 times. This company will never ever get my money, although the products are great.

I have no idea as to why this company still operates or at the time of writing they have probably gone bust as I made an order on the 01/01/25 and still no parcel has been sent. No replies from emails chasing updates to the timeline or no updates as to why it is taking so long. I will never purchase from Scalpers ever again and would suggest nobody else does as well unless you want to be ripped off.

For 90€
One t-shirt for 27 € (I got these) and a pant to 63€ (I didnt recive that)
And I pay the full bill this piece of shit
And the customer service is horrible
They say it will take a few days for them to respond, and one week later you get an answer that will make you fall off your chair

Ordered a jumper on Christmas day, I have not heard anything since. No reply after contacting them several times. It's definitely a scam. AVOID this company. I should have read these comments first before ordering. Looks like I'm going to have to start taking my next steps to try and recover my hard earned money.
I bought trousers that cost about 90 euros. The quality of the trousers was really bad. The fabric started piling in first two days and some of the stitches broke down too. I tried to contact their customer service but they never answered. I was really disappointed because the trousers were quite expensive and still they were so bad.

On December 14 I ordered a pant that I want to return (T12P1694). If I try to fill in the return process on the website, it says 'id or e-mail incorrect', so I can't. I e-mailed twice to the customer service, but no respond. Then I tried to call them twice, but both times they hang up the line after 10 minutes. It's extremely frustrating, because they don't put their return address on their website so I have no clue about how to return this.
Within ten days I ve requested 3 times a return option of boots that dont fit. I havent received any answer yet. Christmas season is about to start and I wont be home to return the parcel within the next two weeks. By then my possibility to return is exceeded. This causes stress and I feel the company is lacking staff or is actively committing fraud.

Order placed on 2 December, not dispatched. I’ve emailed / messaged them four times and the only message I’ve received is an utterly pointless ‘sorry it took so long to reply let us know if your issue isn’t fixed’ email. I let them know it isn’t fixed and - no response.
Very poor conduct to do this at Christmas when people are relying on deliveries for gifts. It is not like a December busy period is unforeseeable!
Made an order 20 days ago. Not yet delivered and zero information from Scalpers about what is happening and when I can expect the products. I sent several emails, tried to call, sent message on WhatsApp.... zero answer. It is starting to look like a scam and I'm starting to think that my next step should be to go to the police.
Update: I decided to cancel the order and ask for a full refund (which was also not the easiest thing to do).
I made an order for £259 on 27th November 24, I have now sent 5 emails, as this order has not been dispatched. I received a bog standard response to my second email but nothing since, I have also contacted them through Instagram again no response.
the items I ordered are for Christmas presents, this is simply not acceptable
I wish for my goods to be shipped and for your customer services department to respond promptly to communication.
I will never use this company again, which is a shame because they have beautiful products

Just been charged £68 for delivery to the UK, it was supposed to be free delivery. This company is a complete scam! Disgusting

Made a £300 order on 29/11/2024. Since then, the parcel has not shipped and I received one message from them making an excuse of Black Friday holding up orders. They told me on Wednesday last week (4/12/24) that they could see it was going to be shipped that same day or Thursday (they lied). Now my order has disappeared from my account on their site so I cannot try to cancel. I’ve sent emails they have not responded to. It’s absolutely appalling customer service and communication and feels like a complete scam.

Very excited for a sweatshirt that I ordered! Unfortunately, I have yet to receive an update on my order...close to 3 weeks after placing it.
I have contacted Scalpers two different times now, once in English and once in Spanish, and have yet to receive a response. Please fix this.
