I am still waiting for the rug I bought…

I am still waiting for the rug I bought 2 weeks ago which should have been delivered in 2 - 3 business days . No one replies to my emails for an update despite asking them several times .
They clearly don’t have the rug in stock . I would not recommend buying from this company and want my money back .

Great product, excellent customer service – worth reaching out!

I was looking for a specific rug, and Scandi had the best price available. However, after reading some mixed reviews on Trustpilot, I was hesitant to place an order. I considered paying £100-£200 more elsewhere but decided to email Scandi first to express my concerns.

James from Scandi responded quickly, confirmed they had one rug left in the size I needed, and got it dispatched the same day.

The rug arrived within a couple of days.. beautiful and high quality. He also matched the price of another retailer that had it slightly cheaper, even though the rug was out of stock on their site.

My recommendation: contact them before ordering. Many issues mentioned in older reviews can likely be resolved through direct communication. I’m glad I reached out first.. the whole experience turned out to be fantastic!

Not great if item not in stock

It seems like it's a good company IF your rug is in stock. Unfortunately I got no delivery date, chased and was told would be delivered soon, heard nothing so chased again. Finally was told it's actually not in stock and do I want something else? Said no, just a refund, still waiting. Quick to take money, advertising stock that's not available, have to chase and chase and obviously also not quick to issue refunds. I'd strongly suggest you make sure item is definitely in stock before purchasing.

Well done Scandi.!

Good website with excellent photos and easy ordering system . Rug arrived much sooner than I thought , well packaged and the colours were true to the pictures. All in all a great experience shopping at Scandi.

Outstanding company

Brilliant customer service from James...updates all the way ...overnight delivery from purchasing...huge savings...would highly recommend this company...rug is absolutely beutiful and great quality....Will definitely be buying again ...outstanding company ...thankyou

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Rug not delivered. Emails ignored for days. Lies being told about delivery times - first told rug is in transit and later that it will be sent soon. Order finally cancelled but no refund received.

Delivery of a beautiful rug

I’ve just taken delivery a a most beautiful Kendra rug. It is gorgeous and I love it! The colours are even better than in the photograph
A huge thank you to James who kept me informed of my delivery and it arrived very well packed on the very day I was promised and James also replied to my emails immediately.

Ordered a rug on the 16th Feb with a 3 day delivery now the 25th Feb and no update have emailed customer services to find out IF / WHEN the rug will be delivered but no response... Advice is.... ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE

Item not delivered

I ordered a rug for our furnished holiday let. The rug was noted as being delivered but by the time I visited the property it wasn’t there. I emailed Scandi Home to see where it was delivered or whether it was returned but they repeatedly ignore my emails. I’ve paid in full.
I definitely would avoid using this company as the risk is too high.

My Louis De Poortere rug arrived on time and well packaged. Slightly thinner than I imagined, but the quality is excellent and suits my room perfectly. Highly recommend.

My beautiful Chinese rug.

I ordered my beautiful Chinese rug from scandi as it appeared to have the white/cream background I had been trying to find and seemed rare in these rugs !
I had already returned a rug to another very reputable company which arrived dirty & had holes in ! it had obviously been returned previously and not checked before sending out again. It was also smaller and £100
More expensive ! It was only made of cotton.

was a delight because the quality and value for Money is outstanding. It is pure wool and has a luxurious thick pile ! The colours on the border and centre panel are beautiful and it
Looks amazing in my lounge.
I wrote to James Langley afterwards to ask about scotchguarding the rug as it is mainly white and I have a dog. He replied promptly and he even recommended somebody to do this for me.
The service has been splendid as the rug arrived very promptly after ordering even before the date given for delivery.
From ordering to delivery was literally a couple of days.
