Despatch stated 1-2 days on website. 13 days later it still has not been despatched and I have not received my item. Chased up after 6 days and was told it would be despatched in the next few days.

Had a great experience with Scandi Home - they were far and away the cheapest for the rug we were looking for. Rug was ordered on a Thursday and delivered less than a week later. Communication was great and any emails were responded to quickly. I would happily recommend them based on my experience and would certainly use them again.

When I ordered my rug I was told dispatch would be 2-3 days, it was Christmas though so it took 3 weeks to arrive. Maybe the website could give a more realistic view of what’s actually available. When I made contact, James was very helpful and once it was dispatched it arrived quickly. Beautiful rug and great price… happy customer!

I recently bought a rug from this company as it was a really good price compared to similar elsewhere. I stupidly put in the wrong delivery address but I emailed and received a reply from James in good time promising the order had been amended. It arrived within a few days, exactly as described and excellent quality. I would recommend this company although the lack of a customer phone number might be something they would like to remedy.

I placed an order and when inquired was told that the item is not in stock and hence will take 3-4 weeks for shipping.

They did not inform me about this until I decided to email them regarding the delay. This is deceiving the customer to place the order and when they don't have items in stock.

I then replaced the order with something they said they have in stock, but even this item hasn't been dispatched yet after 5 days.

I would recommend everyone to stay away from this company and place your orders elsewhere.

Ordering 4 matching rugs from Scandi Homewas an all round good experience with James promptly responding to my initial query regarding colour. Before ordering, I did a lot of research on price and found them to be very competitive. Once the order was placed, I realised I’d made an error in selecting size of one rug and again James came to the rescue. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the rugs and would certainly order from this company again.

3 day delivery took weeks. After minimal response (phone line doesn't work and email replies take days)

The biggest crime is not the long delivery times but the lack of communication.

Beautiful rug and great price.
It shed quite a bit to start with but that soon settled and it looks so lovely.
Would definitely recommend.

Do NOT order from Scandi Home. My order took 4 weeks to come on a promise of 5 days, and then when I had to return it, the refund is still nowhere to be seen 40 DAYS after it was triggered! This company doesn't seem to operate professionally and has some serious underlying structural issues.

I have had to threaten to take my case to the Consumer Ombudsman and also the Trading Standards in order to get my refund, which led to them finally issuing it. My advice is to pay the extra 10% you are 'saving' to a serious retailer with a decent customer service that can deliver the product on time, and deal with returns if needed. Not worth the hassle.

I ordered my rug from Scandi Home after searching the internet for days.
I am beyond delighted with the rug, the quality is exceptional.

The rug arrived within 10 days, well packaged and is absolutely stunning. The discount enabled us to purchase a larger rug than initially considered.
Any correspondence with James was replied to promptly.
An excellent company to do business with. Look forward to my next purchase !

First of all, the rug I ordered is great - love it - great quality and a good price. Had a little bit of a hitch with delivery ( no updates initially) but persevered and rug was delivered unexpectedly - fortunately I was at home to take delivery.

I love my rug! Great quality and the price was well below other retailers.

Managed to order a rug in the wrong size. Contacted customer services and they were very helpful and we managed to alter the order for the larger size rug. Rug arrived a couple of weeks later and was exactly as expected. The rug does shed some wool but we expected this as had ordered a similar one before from another supplier. Happy with the order and how my mistake was handled.

Ordered a rug for my daughter’s room.
Picked something not childish which could be moved around the house as required, so went for something a bit more expensive than we would usually pop in a child’s room.
We have been really happy with it, adds interest, colour and warmth to the room.
The rug does shed a bit, but we always expect that with the wool rugs while they are new.
Ordered from this shop as it worked out a bit more reasonable than where I had initially seen it, making it affordable whereas we otherwise would have looked for another rug option.
Delivery came swiftly and company had good communication - we were heading away the weekend after I ordered and it came before our holiday.

The Rug is lovely. The colours are beautiful. We're very pleased with our purchase. The quality is excellent. We often comment on the quality and colours. We highly recommend Scandi Rugs and hope to return sometime in the future. The communication was very good. James from Scandi was very helpful.
